No more teasers. Q4 surprise 1 of 2 is below and comes with a pretty epic giveaway!
I've been strategizing on a mens fragrance for 6 months. I knew what I wanted but after some help exploring scents with @recon10th and wrapping up with @GreenHornTX, we didn't just nail one.
We nailed three.
In true Barbarian fashion, each brand for these was hand-lettered. Each of the 3 scents built entirely from scratch...for hours. Drop-by-drop. In-person. We didn't hire a lab to develop them; we did them ourselves with professional guidance to produce three unique fragrances for Barbarian. This is the next big jump for us.
We will acquire the fragrances in bulk (produced right here in north GA), bottle by hand, and print every single one in-house. No labels for these; our highly detailed artwork will be printed directly on every bottle!
I couldn't be happier with the outcome of these (thank you Fil & Ryan). We'll be getting small tester bottles filled and branded this week so we can get some of YOU to test them out and give us feedback.
π¨ GIVEAWAY DETAILS π¨
1. Follow our page.
2. Like this post.
3. Repost or quote post.
We'll select 10 random winners to try out all 3 scents from our forthcoming fragrance line. Winners will be chosen on 11/1.
----------
Barbarian is a lifestyle and mindset brand as much as it is a fitness brand. We'll continue to work hard and push boundaries to create high touch point products and back them with high touch point customer service. We hope you'll give our fragrances a chance and, don't worry ladies... we haven't forgotten about you with our Thyra line; just have to nail these first!
I hope you all like the theming, key art, naming, and branding I put together for these; it's been a ton of fun and I'm glad I don't have to keep this hidden anymore.
Looking forward to your feedback. Don't forget to follow the giveaway details above for your chance to be the first to sample these!

Let's talk about the unsung hero of every research setup: your water.
BacDaddy is our answer to a problem the whole space quietly deals with. Clean, reliable bacteriostatic water, saline and more.
Run low on BAC and your whole research week stalls. Do not let that happen.

@AbudBakri
Another π₯ write-up by my brother Jake.
Let this be a reminder as to the WHY of our being in this space to begin with:
To better ourselves and to become the fucking machines we set out to be from the get-go.
None of us became lab rats so we could scrutinize each other's approach. We became lab rats to test this type of stuff out and see if it works for us or not.
If it does... GREAT! Chalk up the victory, write about it on here or our TG groups so others can read about our experiences and ask questions. And perhaps you inspire others to take their own journeys on these compounds.
If it doesn't work for you... you can figure out how to run a better experiment, or you can just chalk it up as an L and move on to the next compound. You write up the experience just the same and see where the next experiment takes you.
And that's the beauty and allure of this space...
The mystery of a new compound.
The curiosity of its possible impact.
The excitement of a successful experiment.
The encouragement from your fellow researchers.
All this shit matters.
And IT MUST NOT BE LOST ON US!
Stay curious.
Stay adventurous.
Because...
WE are the studies.
WE are the lab rats.
WE are the experiment.
All of this is what I fell in love with.
And why I became an n=1 researcher.
Because I saw guys like @Biohacker_Jake and @peptidepirate and @NocturnalNelly and @n1after40 and @James9thLife and @ElevateBiohack and @VinnieSOfficial and @PepMariner and so many others doing things FOR THEMSELVES and allowing simple guys like myself into their worlds.
Then I saw these amazing business owners like @ThePepGuy and @trinity2pointO and @barbarianfitco and @ApexxBiolabsLLC and @bitcoinbabyswfl and @CryptoVibeJim @LifeIgniteRsrch and @KimeraChems and @tonymission and so many others who were gracious enough to provide me and all of us the compounds and products to help us be these mutants we are striving to be.
And for the first time in my life, I KNEW I could be "that guy" I always dreamed of being: the healthy and fit husband and father that will live to AT LEAST 100 years old!
I am so grateful for all of you.
And I challenge all of us to continue to live in this gratutude, for it will only make us better people in the end.
God bless all of you.

FLGR-242 has likely been the most controversial compound introduced into the grey market, at least in the time Iβve been on X.
For better or worse, it has drawn massive attention, interest, and quite literally an army of people hoping it fails, mostly for four main reasons:
-Disdain for Jay Campbell.
-How it was promoted on social media by BLL affiliates or general fans of the brand.
-The belief that if there had been any real progress on myostatin inhibition, every pro bodybuilder would already be using it-or Big Pharma would have moved on it.
-The price. Itβs subjective based on individual needs, and with sales plus the ability to split vials (also with the former Slim-Assist product), most people spent far less than the advertised figures.
On the first point, Jay and his team behind the scenes have been nothing but helpful and mentoring to me. Honestly, every vendor I represent-from Elite to Plugs to BLL-has had the man at the top help me in my journey more than I can describe.
Everyone should be rooting for effective myostatin inhibition to become a reality, while also understanding the legitimate concerns that come with it, just like with most other compounds used in this space.
If this approach is ever refined, the core idea remains: when used carefully and monitored, it could be paired with other enhancements (AAS, HGH, testosterone) so you could potentially run lower doses of the AAS side and still achieve results that previously required higher amounts. That matters for reduced side effects overall while still supporting more anabolism. The logic is that easing the myostatin βbrakeβ makes the job of AAS or other anabolic compounds a bit easier.
Most people can agree the concept is sound.
The lack of independent data on FLGR-242 itself is a completely legitimate concern-and one I understand. At the same time, it seems unlikely the team would push this far with patents and related development if they didnβt have some degree of confidence in the approach. Continuing to apply the same albumin-binding concept across additional products also suggests they see real value in the underlying technology rather than treating this as a one-off gamble.
It is genuinely one of the more exciting compounds to emerge in our space. Unfortunately, it took heavy criticism on X partly because some promoters claimed it would replace steroids. Iβve never said that, never thought that, and that kind of messaging sets marketing back significantly. Iβve consistently encouraged anyone considering the cost to make sure their foundation is solid first-ideally with a testosterone base and, in my view, HGH as a strong synergistic addition to the stack.
What FLGR-242 actually is, and how it fits the idea above
FLGR-242 is a research-chemical product marketed as an engineered follistatin analog. BLL describe it as a fragmented/modified version of follistatin-344 (based on an activin-sparing FS I-I-type isoform) fused to an albumin-binding construct. The claimed goals are selective myostatin (GDF-8) neutralization with reduced activin binding, plus a much longer circulating half-life (advertised around 19 days) via albumin hitchhiking so that dosing can be less frequent than with unmodified follistatin.
The underlying biology is real and well-established.
Myostatin is a key natural brake on muscle growth; neutralizing it (or follistatinβs ability to trap it) increases muscle mass and strength in animal models and in limited primate/gene-therapy human work with related follistatin approaches. Activin-sparing designs have been studied precisely to try to retain the muscle effect while dialing down broader TGF family interference. Albumin-binding tails are a proven half-life extension strategy used in approved drugs.
That said, FLGR-242 itself has no published sequence, no independent analytical characterization in the literature, and no registered human clinical trials. All performance and safety claims currently come from the sellers, affiliated anecdotes, and user reports rather than peer-reviewed data on this specific molecule. It is sold for research use only.
My core framing still holds: if a selective, longer-acting myostatin brake-easer works as intended and is used alongside a solid testosterone base (and ideally HGH), it could theoretically amplify the return on other anabolic tools and let people run them more conservatively. That synergy idea is exactly why the concept is interesting to people who already optimize hormones and training. It is not a steroid replacement-nor does it need to be for it to have value. It is another potential lever on the muscle-growth pathway that, if the engineering holds up, pairs with rather than substitutes for the compounds most users already rely on.
As with anything in this space, the lack of controlled human data on this exact construct means individual results, safety, and long-term effects remain uncertain. People who choose to explore it generally do so with the understanding that they are operating ahead of published evidence, with source quality, bloodwork, and fundamentals (training, nutrition, and hormonal base) mattering more than the compound itself. For those already dialed in and willing to accept the grey-market trade-offs, it remains one of the more conceptually promising new tools that has appeared in recent years.
I am still a supporter, a big fan, and not only with FLGR-242, I wish success to Mid-35, and many others in the space to create new avenues that people have the option to test out.
My personal experience with FLGR has been nothing short of great, and I believe is one of the closest things we the public can try out in the myostatin niche, that can give us lab rats some fun and unique progress in our journey.

Ladies... what are you waiting for???
You can use code ADAMB for a little help with the cost.
Women run the research, own the clinics, ask the sharpest sourcing questions, and expect proof before promises. Blackline Scientific was built for that standard.
This page brings our three doors into one place, so a researcher, a facility owner, and a woman seeking physician supervised care can each find the right lane without sorting through claims that do not belong there.

HGH is expensive. Donβt neuter it with crushed E2
This is actually going to a be funny point considering we all unanimously make fun of the testosterone ranges on lab work, and other markers like being concerned with creatine based EGFR, despite having a avalanche of reasons thats next to useless for 99% of lifters to even look at.
But when it comes to estrogen, despite men having zero symptoms of it being a issue (for the most part), they have this mystery ceiling in their head for it on lab work, and do fuck all they can do lower it lol.
A lot of people still treat E2 like the enemy that needs to be driven as low as possible, especially once theyβre enhanced. The problem is that in men, estrogen actually supports the GH/IGF-1 system instead of working against it.
Estradiol (the main estrogen made from testosterone) helps drive GH signaling. Research has shown for years that the ability of testosterone to raise GH and IGF-1 largely depends on it aromatizing. Block that conversion or use something that doesnβt aromatize, and the response drops. Even when youβre injecting HGH, the surrounding hormonal environment still matters for how well that HGH turns into IGF-1 and how effectively your body uses it. Guys should see their IGF-1 on a fixed HGH dose move with their E2, higher E2 (within reason) tends to support better conversion until you hit the point where sides start.
Beyond the numbers, crashed estrogen just makes the whole environment worse. One of the biggest practical benefits of HGH is recovery and joint health. Tanked E2 is notorious for drying out your joints and making them ache. So while the HGH is trying to help you recover and stay durable, low estrogen is actively fighting that. You train through more pain, your volume or intensity drops, and the recovery advantage gets voided out pretty much.
It also affects the broader picture. Mood, sleep quality, drive, and that overall βfullβ anabolic feeling. HGH works better when the rest of your hormones arenβt in a depleted state. Running high test with basically no estrogen, or stacking a bunch of low-aromatizing compounds plus aggressive AI use, is a pretty reliable way to cap what the HGH can actually do for you.
None of this means you should let E2 run wild. The goal is still balance, enough to support IGF-1 conversion, joint comfort, and recovery without the high-E2 sides most guys want to avoid. But deliberately crushing it just because youβre on cycle or HGH is usually counterproductive. If your IGF-1 looks underwhelming relative to the dose youβre running, or recovery still feels off, check your E2 before you just add more HGH. A lot of the time the limiter isnβt the growth hormone, itβs the estrogen you suppressed to feel βdryβ or βmanlyβ, lol.
I will say IGF-1 in itself is pretty finicky, so once a established GH dose has been running awhile, I would likely want a average of IGF-1s rather than a one-and-done result.
I have been talking about HGH alot, but mainly because itβs the most interesting compound, the most complex, and has so many different ways people use it, that I'm always learning something new. It provides good engagement on X, while also drawing up new conversations, because even with this many months in I still don't think I have cracked the code on it lol.
