That’s me & my buddy, Frank. For 2 1/2 years he lived in a tent in the Northside. Today, he has his own apartment and has been sober for 38 months. Many times when you see our homeless neighbors, those suffering addiction or PTSD, they are Vets like Frank - who just need a chance
