Today the Court of Appeal upheld Bill 124's unconstitutionality. We are very proud to have represented @TheSocietySays which, along with other members of the labour movement, challenged this wage restraint legislation and stood up for workers in Ontario. Solidarity always!

Our team was at the @SCC_eng today representing @TheSocietySays intervening in the York Region District School Board v ETFO appeal. We advocated for the importance of Charter-based privacy rights for workers and advocated for a contextual approach to s. 8 in the workplace.
Congratulations to Nobel Prize winner Claudia Goldin. This award is "formal (and overdue) recognition that gender equity is key to understanding how economies can flourish".
