Nope. - The 50,000 rep is a small amount, the purpose of this is to provide a block against bot and spam submissions, pretty much anyone with a legitimate submission gets this easily. - Voting power follows TDH, a metric that takes into account holdings but also time held, and the biggest determinator of voting power is time. You can't buy your way into voting power without participating for months/years afterward. The voting power also gets burned when you sell. The network supports them, they support the network. - this is not just an art project. it is building a decentralized society supporting public good. with a number of independent initiatives already, see @Casa_NUA as an example. This is not a gatekeeping system. Nor is it centralized.
