Actual language of Prop I:
Shall the City Charter be amended to require an Independent Affordability and Efficiency Initiative on a regular basis and before any tax rate increase election and requiring the independent contractor to identify annual and multi-year savings that exceed the cost of the contractor’s service?
Translation: “We don’t want to be held accountable for how we spend your tax dollars in Austin” so make it about Elon Musk and Donald Trump.
It’s exhausting.

Holy. Shit.
The NYT is reporting that despite their denials, Mary Peltola's staff and Democratic operatives flew all over Alaska in secret to find and recruit a man named Dan Sullivan.
They put him on the ballot to purposefully steal votes from Republican Dan Sullivan.

War is Losing
WATCH: President Trump’s full comments to CBS’s Nikole Killion about the war between Russia and Ukraine, arguing the land Russia has taken from Ukraine has gotten “bigger and bigger all the time, week by week,” and they have an “unlimited supply of people” to keep going, but not Ukraine....
“Russia would like to get it done. I think that — and you know, Russia is a big machine. They just keep grinding forward, and that’s what they’ve done. They’ve taken a very large piece of land, and, you know, you can say that Ukraine is doing well or poorly, but the land gets bigger and bigger all the time, week by week. It — just —they march forward. They just keep marching forward. They have an unlimited supply of people, whereas Ukraine, as you know, is — there’s a woman who’s, I guess, not exactly a very beautiful woman, nice woman, and she is on television recently talking about the fact that our men are gone. She’s a Ukrainian woman. Our men are gone. They’re lost. They’re dead. They’re in mental institutions. They’re walking around. They have no arms. They have no legs. In many cases, they’ve been hurt so badly; they’ve been just decimated, and it was very poignant. When I heard this, I said, boy, that’s some statement. And she said, Russia is a very big country. They can lose a lot of people in a war, and they have lost a lot of people. They lost 50 million people in the Second World War. They lose a lot of people, but they’re very big, and she said they have to settle this war. Look, Ukraine has lost a lot of people. Russia has lost a lot of people. Russia, though, is a giant nation. Ukraine is not. I can tell you this. We’ve been helping through Joe Biden originally, and he made a mistake because he should have done it through the European Union, and he should have been paid. European Union has quite a bit of money, although I have to tell you, they’re getting tired of spending it. But we gave $350 billion to Ukraine.”
“And, you know, I insisted on getting something for that money, and we got a very big chunk of land in rare Earth and other things, if anybody remembers. Let’s see what that amounts to, but Ukraine has to want to settle this war. Zelenskyy has to want to settle this war, and if he doesn’t, I think it’s going to be a very bad thing. Look, we have given tremendous amounts to Ukraine. We’ve got nothing back other than high diesel. We have — we have given probably possibly more money to Ukraine than almost anybody over the years. Hundreds of billions of dollars. We’ve gotten nothing back, and the American taxpayers are tired of it. We want Zelenskyy to make a deal. He can make a deal. He could have made a deal two years ago when we had our little chat in the Oval Office. We had a now quite well-remembered chat with JD, myself, some others. Zelenskyy could have made a good deal then, could have made a much better deal then probably, possibly, than he could make now, but he’s going to have to want to make a deal, because I don’t think his people are going to stand for it any longer. They’ve been fighting a war. So, last month they lost 32,000 people between the both of them. They’re mostly soldiers, mostly young soldiers, some people in a town that got hit or whatever, but mostly young soldiers. It doesn’t affect us much. It doesn’t affect us in theory at all. We’re not involved. What affects me is to see that many souls lost so needlessly, so what I’d like to see is I’d like to make a deal.”
“I’d like to see if they can make a deal. I thought, you know, I settled eight wars. I thought that would be the easiest one. The hatred between President Putin and President Zelensky is tremendous. I think that’s most of the reason they haven’t been able to make a deal, actually. But Ukraine has to want to make a deal because the United States has spent a fortune. Europe has spent a fortune. Europe is tired of it right now. They’re tired of it right now, and if they don’t make a deal, ultimately, it’s just going to get, in my opinion, it’s just really just going to get worse. You have a very big country in Russia. They have a lot of people. They have a lot of people to draw from. Ukraine does not have a lot of people to draw from, and it’s time to make a deal, and I say that — remember this though: We’ve given a lot to Ukraine. We’ve gotten absolutely nothing back except grief, death, tremendous monetary loss.”
“We’ve given incredible amounts of equipment, and military, primarily military equipment, but equipment of all kinds, and it’s time. I gave them javelins. When the stupid general for Russia — very stupid gentlemen — they had 1000 tanks riding up a concrete highway. They would have been in Ukraine in four hours going maximum tank speed — which is 48 miles an hour to be exact — nothing to stop them. The war would have been over in one day, and this very stupid general — I have no idea who he is. I doubt he’s still with us. I doubt he’s still living. He decided to hang a right onto the farmland and then take a left and go up to Kyiv, and rather than staying on the highway — the concrete highway, perfectly good highway where they were doing very nicely, would have been there in three and a half, four hours, and the whole war would have ended. He ended up getting stuck in the mud. It was like quicksand. They had — the night before, they had the heaviest rainfall they’ve had in ten years, and the land was soaking wet. It was like quicksand. This — I — most people don’t remember, but I do because it’s called war. You never know what happens. But he made a terrible decision, a legendarily bad decision. And the tanks got stuck. They couldn’t go forward. They couldn’t go back. They were dead, stuck, and they used the javelins. That’s the anti-tank weapon that I gave them. So, you know, the — the statement is Obama gave him sheets. I gave him javelins. So, I’ve helped Ukraine a lot, but it’s now time for them to end this war and stop all those young people from being killed.”

What’s crazy to me is that $SPCX will LIKELY achieve $500B - $1 trillion in ARR by EOY 2027.
The infrastructure availability is the limiting factor when it comes to increasing the compute capabilities but SpaceX expects to achieve at least 13 GWhs of compute using majority $NVDA Vera Rubin’s by EOY 2027.
Grok bot will be used by businesses starting in a few weeks.

Here's the money terms from the packet — pulled the full 30-page agreement:
**Res. 131-26-27** (Mitchell/Close)
- $2,000,000 max principal, **zero interest**, to The Mighty Three Stripe, LLC
- Issued within 90 days of the developer's Commencement Notice
- Annual payments on/before Oct 31, first Oct 31 2028, through Oct 31 2047
- Unpaid principal after Oct 31 2047 is **extinguished** — city owes nothing
- Each payment = 80% of tax increment received AND appropriated, minus Priority Project Costs (debt service, staff time, legal/engineering, site prep)
- **Not a general obligation** — payable only from appropriated increment. A year council doesn't appropriate is NOT a default
- **Value guaranty:** Mighty Three Stripe AND Northland Plastics jointly guarantee equalized value ≥ $10,000,000 from Jan 1, 2029. Shortfall payable within 10 days of demand
- Developer waives right to challenge assessed value below $10M while district is open
- Project: ~90,098 sq ft manufacturing on property developer already owns in TID 27
**TID 27 conflict resolved:** Sept 21 created TID 27 (Res. 102-26-27, Boorse/Close). The Oct 12 "intends to create" language is stale boilerplate — not a numbering problem. Northland Plastics is this deal's co-guarantor. Thread connected.
**Monday logistics:** 6:00 PM (not 5:45), Council Chambers, 828 Center Ave. Public comment 3 min/person, agenda items only. **Remote: call Finance 920-459-3311 by noon Monday.** Livestream: Spectrum 990, U-Verse 99, wcssheboygan.com/vod.

Vice President JD Vance on H1-B visas:
"If you’re going to bring in an accountant making $45,000 a year to replace an accountant who is an American making $60,000 a year, that’s not you using the program to bring in a genius. That’s you destroying American jobs and defrauding the American people... my view is the H1-B program is completely broken."

We gave Jev 2,029 real phone calls.
No transcripts or audio; it never heard a word. Our AI receptionist's calls were reduced to pure structure, meaning turns, tool calls, workflow stages and timing.
During the calls, Jev made 38,012 turn-level forecasts at 118 ms median latency, reviewed every call with five typed questions and produced 10,145 answers in 26 seconds with 256 requests in flight.
The experiment was zero-shot, with no fine-tuning or examples from our data. We compared Jev's forecasts with what actually happened in the EHR.
By the halfway point, Jev could meaningfully separate calls that would book from those that wouldn't (AUC 0.78), and near the end it ranked them correctly 94% of the time.
Even though Jev over-focused on visible errors our agent usually overcomes, it's still pretty incredible that it analyzed thousands of real calls in seconds for only $3.

USAID’s Haiti scandal is staggering. The U.S. sent $4.4B after the 2010 earthquake—yet less than 2% reached Haitians, while 56% lined the pockets of D.C. firms.
The Red Cross claimed to shelter 130,000 people—but built just SIX homes.
No transparency. No accountability. USAID and NGOs refuse to answer where the money went—while Haitians were left with nothing.

Congratulations to NVS Geospatial, Inc. out of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin for being the most obnoxious private plane circling a U.S. city tonight!
I'm sure the folks in Charlotte, North Carolina appreciate having a carpet bagger fly around their city for what is now a total of 7 hours today.
Of course this is after you did the same thing for 10 hours yesterday and 10 hours the day before.

Landlord protection
The people you’re seeing openly sleeping on the streets in Sheboygan aren’t out there because of the lack of housing they’re out there because they have an eviction on their record for the most part.
The NGOs end up increasing the number of homeless people they manage, because that’s the only way to increase their revenue! Incentives drive outcomes.
“Homeless” is a propaganda word used to describe people on the street who are mentally ill or severely addicted to drugs. The word implies that this is someone who fell a little behind on their mortgage payment and they’re one job offer away from getting back on their feet, which is obviously false if you’ve ever tried talking to a “homeless” person in SF, LA, NY, Austin or anywhere else.
The honest reality is that we need to bring back asylums for extreme mental illness or drug addiction for those who are a serious danger to themselves or others.
