@LGUSSupport, it has been 2 months. No resolution, no help, just hold times of 1-2 hours. Oh, and your "email the president" for assistance page doesn't process. What does a person do for help? I have called 2 to 3 times weekly. The refrigerator is not even 6 months old!

@lgUSSupport Thanks for setting up a service appointment without even speaking with me--after 2 months of calls. Looks like I rearrange my schedule to facilitate this. Last 2 appts. cancelled. Not what I was promised. Very disappointing.
