"No, no, it's actually good that Jerry bungled negotiations with his star player, arguably the most valuable non-QB in the league, in a way that probably ensures no agent will ever want to send their players to Dallas again"

You have to be a truly terrible person to do this
It's almost impressive that the Knicks just provided the greatest New York sports memory ever and James Dolan will still be forever reviled

Man that Luther Burden guy really stinks. There’s no way he can be the Bears WR1

Always been hilarious to me that the default decision in 4th down decisions is pure cowardice
Ok. I accept your premise. Small difference. Now explain why punt/kick is the default null hypothesis?

But curiously, this is not the first time six teams have won their opener by 20+, which also happened in 2021-22: Atlanta won by 26 Miami won by 42 Milwaukee won by 23 Philadelphia won by 20 San Antonio won by 26 Utah won by 21
In their season openers: Bulls lost by 43 Suns lost by 41 Heat lost by 25 Kings lost by 25 Warriors lost by 22 Jazz lost by 20 This is the first time in NBA history 6 different teams lost their openers by 20+ points in the same season.

That's because he had a 15.0 ADOT. Deep balls are usually uncatchable. Who knew.
29 QBs threw a pass in Week 6. JJ McCarthy finished 29th in catchable pass rate.

I’ve never read an article that’s so out of touch with the fans, and instead, writing only for a small fraternity of beat writers whose feelings were hurt this week. This is as bad as it gets. (Nothing to do with Peggy, she just shared the article).

Couple of things that upset me about this A) it’s not holding. He chops his arm down and he lost his balance B) this is very important. Holding is only supposed to be called if it could effect the play. The DE is double teamed and the ball is gone at the time of the “holding”. He’s nowhere near the QB. Just an all time bad call. It’s an official looking to be part of the game.
This was the holding call that brought back FSU's miracle catch in the end zone... Did they make the right call?

Who has a good backup QB? Oregon thought they did but he’s already benched. I think most programs are screwed in the long run if their starting QB is out for awhile.
Genuinely shocked Ohio State has a true freshman backing up Julian Sayin. For a program that does nearly everything right, seems like a glaring oversight.

I say this with no cockiness. I can turn an organization around and lead it to championships. I know what roster building looks like and how to put pieces together. I have a lot of knowledge to give the game. You’ll laugh at my statement, but ask those who’ve played with me or coached me. Nobody knows the game inside and out and can connect rooms more than I can.

This answer from an accomplished reporter is pretty damming for ESPN's church and state.
After a decorated 24-year run at ESPN, Nicole Noren resigned in protest. She couldn’t go along with the network’s all-out embrace of gambling. For the first time publicly, in @CJR, Noren shares the deeply personal reasons behind her decision. cjr.org/the-interview/nicole…

why do so ppl assume criticism = jealousy? weak-minded response. he's successful and a better entertainer but that has nothing to do with journalism he doesn't fact-check, doesn't investigate, doesn't push back there is no spirit of journalism there, not an iota of skepticism
Replying to @ArifHasanNFL
So what’s your issue with him? Cause he did it different than you and made it better than you did? Seems and sounds like a lot more of jealousy than anything

The Eagles are No. 32 in the yards in the second half this season. But consider this: The difference between them and the No. 31 team (Minnesota) is greater than the difference between the No. 31 and the No. 12 team. That's how far behind they are!
