Hillbilly Outlaws Leash Law A lot of cities make it illegal to walk a cat without a leash. The idea is that a free cat is still an animal on the loose, same as a dog. Most folks leave the cats inside. I decided to break it. So here I am strolling the sidewalk with a cat off the leash like he is a regular dog. Y’all can come write me a ticket if you want. We’ll be right here strutting the outlaw way. Catch me if you can. #HillbillyOutlaws #TheCyberHouseCrew

Ropen… the glowing night flyer of Papua New Guinea! Folks on the islands of Papua New Guinea, especially around Umboi, have long told of a big night-flying creature they call the Ropen. Witnesses describe it as a bat-like or pterosaur-like animal with a long tail, a wingspan of 10 feet or more, and a glow that lights up the dark. Missionaries and later researchers collected the stories in the 1900s and early 2000s. Some think it is a large fruit bat, a misidentified bird, or pure island folklore. Others treat it as one of the Pacific’s most persistent flying cryptids. Either way, the Ropen remains a favorite in New Guinea night lore.
