Climate scientist Peter Kalmus (@ClimateHuman) talks about leaving Los Angeles two years ago due to the risk of climate-fueled wildfires. He says the devastation unfolding in Southern California now is even worse than he feared and warns, "This is still just the beginning."
This went out to the entire county. In 15 minutes, my spouse and I got our 7 week old baby, two disabled parents, and 15 year old dog packed and out the door. Incompetent idiots, causing panic in already panicked realities. So fucking tired right now.

Routledge apparently unpublished this book due to a legal threat from Boaventura de Sousa Santos, accused under a pseudonym in 1 of the chapters. Since its publication, at least 2 more women have come forward, claiming similarity to the case described. Sick stuff from Routledge.
In March last year @ErinPritchard15 & i edited a book & it was published. Today, it is now unpublished, it has been silenced &we have received a reversion of rights. Im proud of this collection, of everyone who wrote a chapter, the bravery of every single author. We will be back.

Columbia University will now mandate that all new students and faculty go through an orientation that states anti-Zionism is antisemitism.
