The sad truth is that to be able to afford a R3million 3 bedroom house in SA - you need to have R1 millioncash for deposits, transfer costs, lawyers fees and every things that comes with pre-payments before the property can be registered in your name - and 22k monthly payments

This is rubbish - they want to gate keep and continue eating. There’s so many generations of younger people who need jobs etc.
Eskom chair Mteto Nyati says South Africa should rethink retirement age, arguing that the country risks losing valuable experience and knowledge by sidelining older professionals. Watch the full interview: youtu.be/giULMn6Gfls

I’d never change a woman or how she dresses, she just woulda been in a different category
If you man lets you go out with your butt cheeks out he doesn't like or love you at all. He’s just physically and sexually attracted to you and he wants people to see what he’s eating.

This doesn’t exist
An ideal and healthy household is where the wife earns R15k–R25k, while the husband earns R50k–R75k or more. Living in a fenced three-bedroom house with a garage, raising two kids who speak English, and owning two cars a BMW and Toyota Bakkie. Both working Monday to Friday, with no late shifts, overtime, or night shifts. Always home by 5 pm, making time for the kids’ school activities and spending weekends together as a family. Now that’s what you call a clean, peaceful life without unnecessary stress. ❤️👊🏽

Why do people, of whatever age, have to grow out of it? I don’t get it.
No disrespect to anyone, but I don’t really get how people don’t just grow out of this stuff. When I was 8-15 my life REVOLVED around Marvel, Star Wars & Harry Potter. But I grew up. At some point, you just grow out of this stuff

Those generals fell and we are suddenly seeing major drug busts. Can’t be a coincidence
ANOTHER MAJOR DRUG BUST: More than R200-million worth of raw cocaine seized at OR Tambo International Airport. The drugs arrived on a flight from São Paulo, Brazil…Another major bust amid a string of drug seizures at the airport in recent months.

What’s this about!
BREAKING: Pentagon prepares every major US military base to operate for at least 90 days without outside electricity, fuel, water or supplies, anticipating a major war that could cripple power grids, break global supply chains and threaten critical infrastructure on US soil, per Fox News. The plans include portable nuclear reactors, large-scale battery storage and microgrids able to disconnect installations from the civilian electrical grid entirely.
