Wicked family members, it’s something they do well.
Especially in Yoruba land, yes, Yoruba land.

I went from getting inspired by the fairytale cartoons I watched as a kid, to building my very own fairytale fashion brand, in my very own fairytale world

When our neighbour lost their 15-year-old daughter, her parents refused to bury her in their compound because they believed they wouldn’t be able to live peacefully in the house, knowing their daughter was buried there. Honestly, their reasons were understandable. I think I understand Tolu’s wife point

You guys can just explain to her that the house might later be used as a means of earning money for her and her children later on instead of calling her names
If una no just like person, una no fit reason with them

I'll always say this.
Whatever you do, just pray for Mercy.
When God shows you mercy, He lifts your business, shines in your career, blesses your family, and raises men to stand for your cause.

You people want to put me for talk. Let’s have it.
My dad was buried the same day he died. My twin and I knew what we wanted for him and we didn’t waste any time.
We were his first children, our opinion counted before any family member’s. His elder brother was around when he died but they listened to us.
We told them we don’t want him at the morgue and also want him buried in his house that same day.
During the burial rites, I never shed one tear.
But when everyone went to bed that night, for some reason I was the last to lock the door.
I cried bitterly when I got to my room. I remember every single detail of that night.
I went to my twin brother’s room. I said, ‘The owner of this house is sleeping outside tonight’.
We cried heavily! My twin and I couldn’t say anything to each other; we were soaked in tears, silent tears!
I felt bitterness in my mouth. I cried!
The next morning, I went outside and saw his grave, I cried again!
Every time I go home and see my dad’s grave, I shed one or two tears. It never ends!
Imagine Toluwanisings wife? I can understand her POV like madt!
I'll always say this.
Whatever you do, just pray for Mercy.

Dear Men
As you prioritize your family, pls do prioritize yourself.
Go for your medical, take a break off work, Go for vacations and Enjoy yourself and have enough rest.
Also, tell your spouse to make you special dishes at least twice or thrice a month.
Pls don’t be carried away with the marital responsibilities only
May we not die young oooo.

Who here still believes that God can change your life before this year ends?
Life changes so fast, miracles happen everyday. Never stop believing 🙏🏾

Wonderful, I'm just learning this.
This would also mean that cemetaries shouldn't be close to residential areas right?
Legally speaking, it is a crime to bury someone in a residential building or area without the consent of the Governor of the state. All dead bodies are expected to be buried in a public or privately approved cemeteries. The jurisprudence of this law is due to public health and environmental hazard; decomposing fluids from the graves or improper home burials can seep into the water table, risking the contamination of local hand-dug wells and boreholes.
The issue here requires state’s intervention. It is rather unfortunate that the family is unable to agree on this and it shows there was never unity in the family in the first place.

Have you considered that she may not be able to bear the sight of her late husband’s remains because of how close they were and the deep bond they shared? Her mental health is at stake, do you really think burying him in the house where she will continue to live is the best thing
