Ordered last Monday but couldn’t be delivered until the end of the week and was told that they would ring me on the day of delivery with the price. It was 99.65ppl. Son in law can’t have any heating oil for 20days and it has now doubled in price
No one could resolve it, they couldn’t take payment and I couldn’t pay it online. In the end I had a letter from a debt collection company and paid it through them, they said they deal with this all the time from O2 customers
I had this exact problem and yes it affected my credit rating, it was for £12. Needless to say I won’t be using O2 anymore
What is it the doctors and nurses say….when a farmer actually seeks medical help we know it’s serious because they never come in…

Ironic as us farmers probably use the NHS the least, ask any doctor or nurse, if a farmer presents it’s got to be important..
