No lie. 🤞🏽 Seven years ago, my husband dropped me off a few steps from the gate of a company I had an interview with and he left so I walked towards the gate and introduced myself to the security guard and told him what I was there for. He looked at me up and down and pointed to the reception entrance and said I must sit there, he will tell them I'm here. Thanked him with a smile and did as I was told. Similar situation happened when I went to write my psychometric test, alright 👍🏽. I got the job. On my first day of work the following month, I drove to work. Did the security guard not recognise me in utmost embarrassment and directed me with the greatest respect that he could've laid a red carpet for me and carry me to the office???? 🤭😂😂😂😂 He learned of the position I was there for and who I was going to report to when they did formal introductions and from that day he called me Mam until I left the company. 😊
