the amount of people praising kirk and putting the run game solely on the OL is wildly out of control
yes, the OL, especially the guards, are bad.
but teams are actively throwing extra defenders at these guys EVERY SINGLE chance they can because they know who Kirk is

I agree 100%. I love Maxx and wish he could be a Raider for life, but at this point it just doesn't make any sense to keep him. Get the assets you can. This team needs almost everything except Linebackers and Tight Ends. get Mendoza in there and see what he can do

Adds a pass threat to the outside, so defenders can't stack the box as much, especially considering all the heavy personnel sets that we run.
You start backing guys off the line of scrimmage, pockets are easier to maintain and the running game gets going. #RaiderNation

All those stats but we don’t convert when the pressure is on us in a late one score game. Making plays late down two scores makes the games look better than they have really been. Love the team, but we have to be honest

Everything u said is SUPER valid. The way defenses r attacking us now is becoming a trend. Ppl blame the wideouts but there were guys open today and they just never gotta chance. The second he sees everyone mugged up he's already got his mind made to chuck and duck
