A lot of people have a negative image of #DonaldTrump
But here’s the truth 👇
He may sound negative…
But he’s a sharp businessman + extremely cunning politician

According to scientists and geologists, the Kedarnath Temple was completely buried under snow and glaciers during the "Little Ice Age" from the 13th to the 17th centuries (approximately 400 years). According to research by the Wadia Institute of Himalayan Geology in Dehradun, there are several key scientific and architectural reasons for its longevity.
The Ancient Science Behind It
1. Unique Construction Technique (Ashlar Masonry)
Interlocking Technique: The temple is constructed by interlocking heavy stones. Strong iron clamps were used instead of cement or mortar, ensuring a strong grip.
Strong Stones: Its walls are approximately 12 feet thick, capable of withstanding the heavy weight and friction of the glacier.
2. Temple Orientation
(North-South Direction)
Most Indian temples are oriented east-west, but the Kedarnath Temple is built in a north-south direction.
This specific orientation allows glaciers and icy winds to pass through the temple's edges instead of directly hitting it, reducing pressure on the main structure.
3. Special Design and Location
Elevated Plinth: The temple is built on an elevated platform, which provides natural drainage and protection from movement caused by melting snow.
Dome Shape: The temple's dome is shaped like an inverted lotus, which prevents heavy snow from accumulating during winter and reduces pressure.
4. Evidence of Glacier Abrasion
Scientists have found yellow lines and abrasion marks on the temple walls, proving that it remained intact amidst the glacier. These marks indicate that the glaciers continued to slide over the temple, but did not uproot it.
It is a marvel of ancient engineering that not only withstood 400 years of ice, but also proved its strength during the devastating floods of 2013.
