Delighted to spend an evening in New York with friends, colleagues and well-wishers at the extraordinary Chatti restaurant in New York, run by the legendary Kerala chef @regimathew, at a dinner in my honour thrown by @JindalGlobalUNI VC RajKumar. I was humbled by the kindness and affection shown throughout the evening, and grateful for the opportunity to reconnect with old friends while making new ones. My warmest wishes to everyone present and to Prof Raj Kumar for a memorable evening.

With #Sambhaji taking center stage, the conversation on Sambhar has re- started and many are giving credit to him &Tanjavour Marathas but if you read history deeply we have Sangram literature for reference and #sambhar has been part of Tamil culinary legacy over many centuries.
