Okay guys, we need to talk about how fucked up it is that the Hornets are still backing Miles Bridges, because it's one of the most awful things I've ever seen & the NBA community simply isn't speaking out against it enough. The Hornets cannot be allowed to get away w this. 🧵

Aight. Here’s my favorite 2 stories about Bill Russell.
Both stories reveal how much of a humble human being he is. And one blows my mind because it dismantles what we think about the evolution of sports.

Nick Saban's Process Principles:
1. Commitment
"How bad do you want it?"
2. Discipline
"It's not about what you feel like doing."
3. Effort
"You get out what you put in."
4. Toughness
"You have to be able to overcome hard."
5. Pride
"Take pride in everything you do."

Don’t be the player that’s ‘too cool’ or ‘too good already’ to get to practice early and/or stay back late.
