President Sheinbaum on the nature of the Right Wing: "The right wing is a movement, ideology, who is against the people. It doesn't defend people, it defends economic interests." "It promotes authoritarianism and violence, it is against democracy, government by the people.

I’m never shocked by how much of a fraud Glenn is. What shocks me is how so many people still can’t see it.

Why are you speechless lol 😂 it’s trump nothing should ever surprise you!
Im speechless. My God.

Exactly my thought lol 😂 Like, what are we even supposed to say to that? “Tim, how dare we assume you could possibly scam people when you spend your days attending anti-human-trafficking conferences!” 😂
Replying to @RyanRYousefi
Why? He was at an anti-trafficking conference yesterday! We can possibly hold him responsible.

It’s borderline hilarious and ridiculous that Taylor stays masked up but God forbid someone warns people about this. Suddenly, that’s a problem? She’s become such a disingenuous, lying sack of shit on this issue.
Replying to @TaylorLorenz
What if he's genuinely scared?

absolute garbage analysis
"I think that a lot of the people on the left do not believe in a tech forward future." @TaylorLorenz talks to @maxwelltani and @semaforben about the AI data center backlash.

Truly bizarre to frame this as a "left" thing when backlash against data centers and ai more broadly is unique precisely because it is bipartisan and organic. I think the in favor camp is just getting sort of desperate and flustered because nothing they do seems to be winning people over, and a big part of the problem is that they don't actually seem interested in understanding why there is backlash in the first place

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but didn't Taylor Lorenz spend the last 3 years embedded INSIDE THE LEFT literally spreading anti-tech, anti-ai sentiments and now she's attacking the Left for being anti-Data centers and anti-Ai? who could have seen this coming/s

If any part of your sentiments around Ai were shaped by Taylor Lorenz you should know she not only is a prolific Ai user, but now she's calling out the Left for being anti-Ai and anti-data center.

We literally saw the election results, lmfao 🤣 She came in third place, even though, out of her own mouth, she said DSA is only winning because of the genocide. Yet she still lost to a Republican and a Democrat who is pro-genocide. Lol 😂 Make it make sense.
Replying to @OGBlackRedGuard
she got you guys an Amazon tax and the first $15 wage in the nation, which is now over $21.30. So yah no, I don't believe you

I just saw Taylor blocked me lol. Her own Brookings source argues that Community Benefit Agreements are necessary because these benefits aren’t automatic. So how many AI data center deals are actually structured to guarantee meaningful benefits for taxpayers? If any?
Replying to @TaylorLorenz
Well, she earned her money. It's funny, being in the advocacy and comms game for so long....I can definitely recognize the slant of a story from a mile away.

Ironically, the Brookings article she cited strengthens my point. It says many of these agreements are heavily redacted, making it difficult for the public to know what incentives were given or whether communities actually received the promised benefits.

If the deals aren’t fully transparent, how can you confidently claim that ‘plenty of communities benefit’ without examining the terms? How many AI data center deals are actually structured to deliver those benefits to regular people? And is that the norm or the exception?

Never in my life did I think I’d wake up to the news that one of my favorite running backs I watched growing up would have ALS. Praying that one day we find a cure for this vicious disease. 🙏 also praying for Chris and the Johnson family…
Former NFL star and three-time Pro Bowl running back Chris Johnson revealed he has been diagnosed with ALS, also known as Lou Gehrig's disease. Johnson said in an interview with "Good Morning America" co-anchor Michael Strahan that he was diagnosed with the disease last year, at age 39. Read more: goodmorningamerica.visitlink…

If “true intentions” are unknowable and anyone can fake rhetoric with good PR, then eventually you have to judge politicians by governance, policy, and outcomes not by whether they satisfy an online ideological purity test before they even hold office.

Otherwise politics just becomes a contest of who gets to declare themselves the sole arbiter of “real” socialism.

Every successful political movement in history involved imperfect people, coalition-building, and political evolution.

If your response to anyone who disagrees with your purity standards is “you’re a lib,” then you’re not building working-class solidarity… you’re building a social club. That’s why you’re terminally online buddy lol
