I believe we are at the point in crypto where builders should learn deeper about traditional finances systems than the blockchain itself, or at least at the same level. E.g. understanding the core of RWA, settlement, clearing, the way funds operate, etc. This will open an opportunity to rebuild them in a more efficient & elegant way, and it seems like there is a lot to build.

What I like about submitting accelerator applications like @colosseum is that they force you to formalize your product thinking on paper. This is a great exercise that covers both meta-level thinking and attention to small details at the same time. Application should be a raw reflection of your market understanding, so don't use AI, or use it only for text grammar/polishing.

What powers SF is people building crazy&risky things. That makes playing it safe feel like the real risk.

One thing that makes your life as a founder more interesting is studying the lore of your competitors (their background, old pivots) and history of your niche. Not so useful for you and your product, but damn it adds a story mode to how you perceive the whole journey.

Fixed rate borrowing is not something new in lending markets. However, I think Kamino did a right design choice with pre-defined terms. Comparing to credit book approach, it significantly reduces fragmentation of lender's liquidity, making UX easier for both parties.

There are so many motion designers out there who cook real bangers. Who should we hire for our product launch videos?
