Replying to @PippaK10 @DrPastry
medicalfeedback.org Aysha’s comment reminded me - I’ve used this in the past, it’s very good. Free, stores everything in one place, gives a QR code that links to a form like this

This tool by @aeduignan & @mathewlyons really is brilliant for collecting clinical education feedback. Open to all those registered in Ireland or the UK.
Has your teaching moved online due to #COVID19 ? You can still really easily collect feedback using medicalfeedback.org. Especially important if you're trying to develop new programmes and techniques. Great to see lots of @EdinUniMedicine tutors still using it. #MedEd

Have to agree with the others on @_mefb - I’ve collected feedback from teaching hundreds of students and it’s not involved any admin on my end. Does all the work for you!

We (finally) say goodbye to paper feedback forms in MedEd as of tomorrow. Instead, we will be using the @_mefb tool which has been created by Mat & Aoife, two doctors currently based at the BGH. Hopefully this will speed up the valuable feedback process for everyone involved!😀
