Thinking about younger Villans, tired I'm sure of the stories of Rotterdam and 1982, who have a chance on the world stage to show the tifo, passion and colour of our club and city and region, take that baton and run with it, out tifo Dortmund, I dare ya! That's your challenge. Thinking about Sid Cowans, in care now, I hope beyond hope that tonight touches him deep in his very big heart, if there's a God, it will. Thinking about family and friends who are excitedly messaging, who can't quite believe it! Thinking about Villa Park, welcoming Barcelona, Juventus and Madrid, the grandest of old clubs welcoming Europe's finest. Again. Drink it in younger Villans, I've waited 41 years for this, I've been a child, teen wannabe, had a full football career, 20+ years retired from playing to get here, so if you're that 21 year old Holte Ender, make every memory, go on every trip you can, be a tangible part of the passion and noise to come.
