Remove the DCL and players will join teams abroad. Why can’t the best players play at elite level for British teams? Grassroots deaf U.K. football has needed development for years- whose responsibility? @UKDS, @EDF, @GBDF @TheFA

Number of deaf football clubs in UK are dangerously low, need to remove the DCL and focus more on grassroot - this will help to protect and prolong the deaf football into the next generation. After that, we can then reintroduce the DCL for our UK deaf football.
