You don't need a $500 red light panel. The original red light therapy is free, and it's been in the sky the whole time.
⠀
More than half of sunlight is red and near-infrared. At midday, it's about 70%.
⠀
And the intensity of those wavelengths outside is comparable to what you'd get from a red light box.
⠀
But the sun beats the panel in a few big ways.
⠀
1. The full spectrum
⠀
Most panels put out just 2 or 3 wavelengths, usually red around 660 nm and near-infrared around 850 nm.
⠀
Sunlight gives you every wavelength from UV through infrared, all at once. Your body evolved to get red light packaged with everything else, not on its own.
⠀
2. The right balance
⠀
Outside, red and infrared come with blue light that sets your body clock, UVA that releases nitric oxide in your skin, and UVB that makes vitamin D. A panel gives you one slice and nothing else.
⠀
3. It goes deep
⠀
Researchers have measured near-infrared from sunlight passing all the way through people's chests. You don't need a device for it to reach deep into your body.
⠀
4. Built-in timing
⠀
At sunrise, sunlight is mostly red and infrared with almost no UV. It's like nature's version of a red light session, right when your body clock needs it.
⠀
5. It's free
⠀
No panel, no subscription, no outlet. Just you and the sky.
⠀
To be fair, a panel can deliver a concentrated dose in less time. Getting the same red light dose from the sun takes about 3 to 4 times longer.
⠀
But you'd be getting so much more than red light while you're out there.
⠀
So before you buy a panel, try the free one first. Get outside at sunrise and again around midday ☀️
Steve Hilton's math for CA: "I'll need 6M votes. In 2024, President Trump got 6.1M in California without even really campaigning here."
The catch: "You don't get a presidential year turnout usually in a midterm... the point is that we CAN do it."

NEWS: Oncologists are dying of Turbo Cancer...
47 year old University of Arizona GI Oncologist and Cancer Researcher Dr. Rachna Shroff
died 4 months after being diagnosed with "an aggressive cancer of an unknown origin".
She:
1. Rushed to get her first 2 COVID-19 Vaccines as early as January 2021
2. Co-authored research on Pfizer mRNA Vaccine in cancer patients, examining and recommending 2 and 3-dose regimens
3. Worked at University of Arizona Cancer Center and Banner Health who had vaccine mandates.
Grok predicts she may have had up to 8 COVID-19 Vaccines if she followed all guidelines as per her Oncology specialty and workplace:
2 primary series (Jan.2021)
1 first booster (fall 2021)
1 bivalent dose (2022)
1 for each 2023-24, 2024-25, 2025-26 formulas
1 possibly in 2026-27
===
8 Total COVID-19 Vaccines
There is a heavy price to pay for ignoring or denying Turbo Cancer.

@realDonaldTrump Mr. President, with all due respect, you are wrong in saying most Americans want permanent DST.
Most want to clocks to stop moving, but it get misrepresented which leads to morons like @SenRickScott pushing for DST.
This failed in the 70s already!

🚨 AMEND THE BILL!
Permanent Daylight Saving Time’s 8:30–9:30am sunrises are worse than changing clocks.
History, science, and first principles all prove it.
Americans support permanent Standard Time instead.
AMEND THE BILL.
I wish we fell back to Standard Time this Sunday, and never "sprung forward" again.
Standard Time is the way to go. Daylight Saving Time is unnecessary & unhealthy.

We have no need for DST anymore. It’s time to stop the madness! End DST clock changes forever!! ⏰ ⏰ ⏰
🚨🚨🚨Daylight Savings Time was created during World War I to give farmers and workers more daylight to work. The government kept it when they discovered it causes heart attacks and strokes in the elderly, and during the time change people had more car accidents, falls and injuries.
Our bodies have an internal clock that is damaged during every clock change. Today we have universal electricity and lights. We have no need for DST anymore. It’s time to stop the madness! End DST clock changes forever!! ⏰ ⏰ ⏰
Sunlight and longevity
1. What is the best longevity hack known today that is published in the literature that none of your influencers, PhDs, bioelectric experts in mitochondria, or MDs in the longevity space post about?
6 seconds of sunlight with UV a day increase your life by 12% from any cause.
Checkmate.

The common theme is the Florida delegation, not boomers (and I say that as a millennial).
But I am glad many, led by @TomCottonAR, are standing up for @SaveStandard !

Fall Back makes you less tired. Finally back to real time. Fall back and stay there. Easy. No more clock changes.

Daylight Saving Time never saved energy. It has always been a trick to make us set alarms an hour earlier than Standard Time, in the hopes that we’ll spend more money.

Locking the clocks in Daylight Savings Time would be the thing that would radicalize me. I'd be calling for a second Revolutionary War.
Right now the sky isn't "morning bright" until nearly 8am.
That's SO bad for your body.
Looking forward to turning it back an hour!
This is DST stupidity in October! Kids don’t need to go to school in the dark in October in southern states.
This is how dark it is as I’m dropping my kids off for high school at 7:05am, school starts at 7:15am. Basically still dark in October. Next week, after daylight savings time switch, it will be light when they start school. Without daylight savings time, darkness would be even worse the next four months. And of course, many kids are standing at bus stops in this. Just something to think about for those of you who think we don’t need to switch time to keep morning daylight at least somewhat stable for work and school traffic schedules.
