Howard Lutnick was the mastermind behind the tariffs knowing dang well they were illegal. His sons were busy buying the tariff refunds rights for 20 cents on the dollar betting the supreme court would strike them down.
It was all a ploy to make Howard Lutnick's family millions of dollars!

The tariffs were supposed to bring manufacturing back. America lost 108,000 factory jobs instead.
The tariffs were supposed to replace income tax. American income taxes are higher than ever.
The tariffs were supposed to make other countries pay. American citizens paid every cent.

Trump invoked the Defense Production Act to ramp up domestic glyphosate production, declaring it "critical to national defense."
The order also appears to shield Bayer, which just settled tens of thousands of cancer lawsuits for $7.25 billion, from future liability.
Massie's bill would block all federal funds from enforcing the order, strip manufacturers of immunity, and preserve the right of cancer victims to sue.
RFK Jr. won a landmark $289 million verdict against Monsanto for causing cancer.
