SA showed how quickly it can be done, too. @AnnastaciaMP had months to implement a unified system and make it mandatory for all venues/retailers, but has chosen not to. That's the reason for your lock-down 😔 "Giving the contact tracers time to focus". Not "to keep you safe" 🙄
