We built a universal HRMS-based detector for palladium impurities! 🧪💻 Our software spots Pd (and other elements) down to 10⁻⁸ M with insane sensitivity. Super excited to see it already crushing it in catalytic reaction analysis.

Binding is nice, but it’s getting boring. If you’re not thinking about biological function, you’re ngmi.
At our last @muni_bio hackathon co-hosted with @onepot_ai, we set one ambitious goal: neutralize the latest threat of Ebola using small molecules.
The wet lab data is in, and we’re excited to announce that teams were successful, including our agent that repurposed... an anti-itch gel?

"So you can sell the west a medicine, just not the platform that makes the next 100 of them"
My theory is biotech is about to turn into a national security thing and the west doesn't really get a vote
Beijing just floated blocking foreign buyouts of china's cell and gene therapy and siRNA platforms
And what's interesting is what they're NOT blocking. Licensing individual drugs is still totally fine
So you can sell the west a medicine, just not the platform that makes the next 100 of them
And the west has been buying like crazy lol.
Foreign deals for chinese biotech assets are at $120B through august, up 36%
Astrazeneca's $1B gracell deal, that CAR-T platform, probably doesn't happen under this draft
Same update hits AI tech too btw
we spent years fighting over who gets the chips.
Feels like the next fight is over who owns the platforms that spit out the next generation of medicines
Once biology is programmable it's not really a healthcare business anymore, it's infrastructure
Still just a draft tho, comments open till nov 15

We're launching 30B-scale virtual screening at Rowan today in partnership with @onepot_ai.
By combining Rowan's high-throughput computational infrastructure with onepot's autonomous lab, we can go from target to experimental data in weeks, not months.

onepot CORE 2 Triangulum is live: 30B compounds, 16 transformations, including multicomponent and multistep chemistry for the first time.
two price tiers, $250 or $375 per compound, and available at onepot.ai/ or via api.
see onepot.ai/blog/core-v2 for more
Thanks to @posthog for hosting such a crazy ambitious event, and to @OpenRouter and @modal for sponsoring credits.
Excited to bring together companies shaping the future of bio x AI:
@onepot_ai -- providing synthesis with AI and robots at breakneck speed
@RowanSci -- allowing scientists to access the latest molecular design tools
@boltz_bio -- building generative models in biology and chemistry
@muni_bio -- creating the agentic environments for science
We’re moving away from manual coordination into agentic self-learning loops, a shift that positions U.S. biotech to compete on innovation and not labor arbitrage. To help shape this future, come join us on Saturday luma.com/2rbgfn69

First episode of the muniverse, a podcast by @muni_bio focusing on frontier science.
Synthesis might be the most underrated bottleneck in drug discovery. While everyone is racing to build better AI models for molecule design, @onepot_ai is building a world where molecules can be designed, made, tested, and shipped on demand.
I sat down with onepot co-founders @daniil_boiko and @andrei_tyrin, alongside my co-founder @derekalia.

To train and inference all our models, we need big computer. Read more about our partnership with @anyscalecompute to build and deploy chemical superintelligence
The bottleneck in drug discovery isn't designing molecules, it's making them. onepot combines robotic synthesis with large-scale ML inference on Anyscale to predict which reactions will work before they run, achieving 3B+ compounds and10B+ reactions scored.
Case study: na2.hubs.ly/H05PcDD0
Generating molecules is easy. Generating molecules a lab can actually make, on demand, is the difficult part — generation needs to be coupled to real synthetic routes and building-block inventory. That's what C1 does. Very excited about this one!
Today, we release onepot Designer. onepot Designer is a tool designed for hit optimization and lead exploration in a synthesis-aware manner.
Designer allows you to specify relationship to a reference molecule (structural similarity or activity similarity), as well as a set of conditions (including Lipinski-type rules) 1/6

Today we're launching free-energy perturbation (FEP) on Rowan!
Using Rowan FEP, scientists can predict how tightly a potential drug will bind to a target, allowing teams to explore ligand modifications without having to wait for synthesis. Here's what this looks like:

LLMs revolutionized software creation.
The software we ship? Not as much.
The moment we ship software, we freeze it.
What if software evolved with your needs?
Introducing Mana, an AI-native OS.
Mana is a personal OS that understands the context of your life. It remembers what matters to you, creates personal apps for your needs, and evolves them as your needs change, growing in lockstep with you.
Not software you adapt to.
Software that adapts to you.
Mana is built from four primitives:
- A cloud filesystem so it can remember
- A code execution sandbox so it can act
- A realtime UI renderer so changes become real interfaces
- And an LLM with access to it all. It not only creates apps but also acts as an assistant on top of every app you build.
This makes everything in Mana feel alive:
- Your todo list knows what's inside it
- You can talk to your analytics dashboard and change what it tracks
- You can make a multiplayer game in a party in 60 seconds
Creating apps becomes as easy as creating markdown files.
