This is really poor by @FA. The governing body is supposed to protect players. It should be disputing this regulatory commission verdict by members drawn from the FA judicial panel. Max Dowman could have suffered a bad injury to his standing leg from a dangerous challenge which went unpunished. Arsenal 16-year-old shouldn’t have reacted but his frustration was understandable. Some other players might have rolled around and ensured a bad challenge was punished. Dowman didn’t. He doesn’t stay down. The FA should have shown some understanding towards Dowman. Instead, it has suspended him for three games. FA priorities all wrong: tolerating a poor challenge and some weak refereeing but punishing a kid who objected to a bad challenge that could have dealt him a serious injury. Protect players. #AFC
These pricks in Parliament are too busy trying to take the piss out of each other than actually trying to fix all of their fuck ups.
“This will mean so much to some of the lowest paid in our country”
Yep what it means is companies can’t afford to hire anymore so unemployment increases, how are these idiots still in charge?
The Chancellor will deliver his first Budget on Wednesday. It is reported the minimum wage will increase by nearly 4%.
This will mean so much to some of the lowest paid in our country. Under Labour work will pay.
Labour is for working people.

How is this a Red card for Max Dowman. Player takes the chance to smash him from behind for no reason, wouldn’t have done it to any other player.
He knows what he was trying to do

That’s a potential leg breaker but we’ll send off the player on the receiving end of it because he reacted. And as far as reactions go, we’ve all seen far worse go unpunished. So, so poor.
Everyone that’s ever played football knows the Fleetwood player has tried to do him with the follow through, but sure let’s give a red for the reaction 👍🏼

Look at what Man City have done to this league. We’re getting lawyer G/A stats
🚨🚨| NEW: The Premier League have enlisted Sir James Eadie KC, the UK Government's 𝐆𝐎-𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐀𝐑𝐑𝐈𝐒𝐓𝐄𝐑, in their legal battle against Manchester City. ⚖️🏴
Known as the 𝐓𝐑𝐄𝐀𝐒𝐔𝐑𝐘 𝐃𝐄𝐕𝐈𝐋, Eadie has made more Supreme Court appearances in the last decade than ANY other barrister.
Second on that list? Manchester City's own lawyer, Lord Pannick. 👀

Diesel is £2 per litre and people’s utility invoices are through the roof but at least we can change the name for free on a flight booking now. Dickhead.
You know that feeling when you book a flight for 50 quid and somehow it ends up costing 100?
Getting seats together, correcting a typo, another charge here and there, it all adds up.
When the cost of living is already squeezing people, those endless extras can feel relentless.
So we're changing the rules for you.
Parents won't need to pay a penny extra just to sit next to their own children.
You'll be able to fix any name errors on your booking free of charge.
And because the last thing you want once you're on the plane is more stress, we're working with the industry to make sure that disruptive passengers who have been banned from one airline can be banned from flying with other airlines too.
I know holidays are expensive and these are small things, but hopefully they'll make your trip just that little bit cheaper and easier.
That's exactly the kind of thing I want this government to keep on fixing.
Found guilty of cheating in one of the biggest sporting scandals in history so try to blackmail the country into not punishing them. Perfectly reasonable behaviour from an “innocent” party 🤔

UAE officials have warned the UK government that the severity of Man City’s punishment could undermine their appetite for future grand-scale commitments in Britain, according to people familiar with the matter
They consider the Premier League’s actions to have an influence on the bilateral state relationship, the people said, asking not to be identified discussing undisclosed information
The extraordinary pressure comes after Andy Burnham faced criticism, including from within government, for saying Man City’s Abu Dhabi owners should not be disqualified specifically because of the investment they bring to Britain

And that’s why decisions like last week Halaand’s goal are so problematic. We’ll end up 3 points behind them when we should be only 1.

"The VAR did not recognise the likely impact of his position."
I mean, has there ever been a more damning admission of the complete ineptitude that runs through Pro Ref (PGMOL) than those 11 words??
Enzo is 6-yards from goal attempting a diving header. The whole world could see it should have been offside with one replay. Yet this 'professional' could not "recognise the likely impact of his position".
Just staggering.
Another VAR howler this weekend, one obvious one against Arsenal and a ridiculous one in City’s favour. Makes you think… 🤔
