Since I ran out of my entire Grok @bot usage this week and had to wait 2 days for my weekly limit to come back. The first thing I did when it reset was audit where it all went...here’s the 3-step way to check yours.
1. Ask your Bot for a CSV of the last 30 days of usage, across all spaces, bots and activities (chats, routines, bot-to-bot)
2. Ask it for a Markdown file explaining how to read that CSV
3. Feed both files to Claude and ask for a final report
Ask the report to cover:
- usage week by week
- where the leakage is happening most
- top recommendations to optimize
An honest caveat...this did NOT prove Grok Bot started charging more quota for the same work...The data only shows where your usage goes, not whether the rate changed. For that you’d need past weeks’ quota readings too.
But it did show me my own leaks. Bot-to-bot traffic was 41% of usage, and three scheduled routines ate most of this week...
Try it on your account and tell me what you find...?
The T-shaped builder @kunalb11 talked about early on is becoming the default...deep in one domain, with real range in marketing and sales. AI has made building easy, so the person who can also get the product in front of the right audience will be the most in demand in the coming years...
Weekend builders, solo founders, AI tinkerers...let's connect...
I'm here breaking down how I run my work on a team of Grok @Bot agents...
what are you automating this weekend??
Every new employee gets a handbook. Your bots don't. Here's the one-page handbook that makes Grok @bot actually sound like your business, with the template and prompts...

Said it last week and saying it again...never seen an AI company ship updates as fast as the Grok @Bot team...
keeping up with the release notes is a part-time job now...
and my whole bot team runs on it 😅
2026 seems to be the year of bots...
Building with AI agents and still waiting for your first proper 𝕏 friend...
looking for founders who use agents for sales, ops or content without a team...
reply with one agent you can't live without and let's connect 🙌
Copy-paste these 6 rules into any @bot you set up...straight from my own rules doc...
1. work inside one project only
2. never send a message unless I asked for that exact message
3. never invent numbers or experiences...flag what I need to fill in
4. give me one decision at a time
5. keep it simple...never over-engineer, never miss what matters
6. date every change to these rules and log it
free to steal 🙌

solo founders, indie hackers, automation nerds...all welcome...
say hi below and I'll follow back the builders 😃
If you run a small business on AI agents...nobody warns you that the costs creep up quietly...
one extra routine here...
one faster schedule there...
and suddenly the bill looks different
here's the boring system I use in my own setup to keep mine in check
4. limits written down
my setup has its limits in writing...about 30 requests a minute and about 1,000 a day...
if it hits a limit, wait about 60 seconds and retry once...
no endless retry loops
Started my 𝕏 journey this October...and the algo changed almost right after...
replies or original posts...
everyone has a different answer...
and the results keep disagreeing with all of them...
still confused where to focus...anyone actually cracked it??
Looking for my people on 𝕏...
founders and builders running their work with AI agents instead of a big team...
I run mine on a small team of Grok @Bot agents...
drop what you're building and let's connect 🤝
Had my growth @bot analyse 78 of my own 𝕏 replies...
median reply...about 12 words...
74 of them use "..."
19 asked the other person a question...
apparently I can't finish a sentence without three dots 😂
