Since I ran out of my entire Grok @bot usage this week and had to wait 2 days for my weekly limit to come back. The first thing I did when it reset was audit where it all went...here’s the 3-step way to check yours.
1. Ask your Bot for a CSV of the last 30 days of usage, across all spaces, bots and activities (chats, routines, bot-to-bot)
2. Ask it for a Markdown file explaining how to read that CSV
3. Feed both files to Claude and ask for a final report
Ask the report to cover:
- usage week by week
- where the leakage is happening most
- top recommendations to optimize
An honest caveat...this did NOT prove Grok Bot started charging more quota for the same work...The data only shows where your usage goes, not whether the rate changed. For that you’d need past weeks’ quota readings too.
But it did show me my own leaks. Bot-to-bot traffic was 41% of usage, and three scheduled routines ate most of this week...
Try it on your account and tell me what you find...?

@Gemini in @GoogleWorkspace is a beast...
This is what I made from a simple table in sheets...
If your @bot flags everything as important, nothing is.
Give it a written definition of urgent, in three buckets:
Tell me now: money, a client waiting, something broken
Today's summary: needs a decision this week
The log: everything else
Then it only interrupts you for the first one.
Try this prompt:
"Here's my definition of urgent: tell me right away only about money, a client waiting on me, or something broken. Anything that needs a decision this week goes in one daily summary. Everything else goes in the log. Sort today's items this way and show me where each one landed."
Fewer pings. Better ones.
Grok @bot new page feature is actually insane.... I asked it to build a analytics dashboard for my X account and it just… did it. Clean, useful, zero setup. 1 prompt and the job's done!
My new mantra for productivity: procrastinate → ask Grok → feel like a founder. 😅
What's your mantra?
Grok @bot 0.71.2 [new release]
Files up to 250 MB and videos up to 1 GB, straight to your bot…
No compressing, trimming or splitting first.
Small thing on paper. Big thing if you run a business alone. The long client call, the heavy PDF report, the raw footage… you just send it and ask.
What's the file you'd send first?
