We use multiple signals to determine whether accounts belong to the same person. Sharing an IP address or Wi-Fi network, at home, school, a library, or a mall, is not on its own a reason we would take action on an account.

This isn’t entirely true. Numerous users have reported permanent enforcement bans after being “linked” through shared networks, such as school, university, or home Wi-Fi.

Stopping buybacks doesn't necessarily lead to more cash hoarding. They could always use the cash to acquire other companies and become much larger.
If Google hadn't done buybacks all these years they could have acquired most of the other companies in America by now.

The @nvidia 800 VDC architecture calls for converting medium-voltage grid power directly to 800 VDC. Heron Link does just that, integrating power conversion, protection, and distribution into a single cabinet.
Our agreement with @VantageDC creates a path to bring this architecture to hyperscale data center campuses.

SpaceX CEO Elon Musk said Monday that he’ll give every child in the U.S. one of his shares in the company next year.
Musk currently owns about 4.8 billion SpaceX shares, according to an August SEC filing. That figure rises to 6.4 billion when taking into account unvested awards and stock options, representing a 48.4% beneficial stake in the company.
