In Today's @timesofindia. While we welcome @BDAOfficialGok's move to upkeep it's projects post DLP, but that's not the ideal solution. Residents need timeline on completion of pending works and not free maintenance. Further, BDA's circular opens can of worms.

Even after a decade many BDA Apartments dont have RWAs. Even today many projects are incomplete!

The wait is finally over. We now urge @BDAOfficialGok to create a task-force to handover projects to Association, as per the Act rules & procedure. We request BDA to expedite the pending works at the earliest.

The Karnataka Government has rejected BDA’s proposal to upgrade four Deputy Secretary posts (KAS Junior Scale) to Zonal Commissioner posts (KAS Senior Scale), as per the order dated 13 October 2026.
