The full video is now live on @YouTube! A big thank you to @larsmoravy, @EricETesla, and the rest of the Tesla team for taking the time to walk us through the Cybercab and share the engineering, design, and technology behind it.

Tesla says the Cybercab is designed to last ~500,000 miles. Using Ron Baron’s estimate of ~$40–50K in annual profit per car (based on 50,000 miles per year), each Cybercab would generate roughly $400–500K in lifetime profit for Tesla. Do the math with millions of vehicles.

Franz pulling up to the Petersen dinner in the new Tesla Roadster. Love the dihedral doors. They popped the rear so everyone could look at the COPV.

A Storm of Cybercabs
Wow, look at all these Tesla Cybercabs and Model Y Robotaxis heading back to base. This is the largest number of Tesla robotaxis ever seen together on public roads. Tesla is nearing 1,000 robotaxis registered in Texas to date.

Want me to make a video on why Roadster uses cold gas thrusters, which is objectively about the worst performing rocket engine in use… I think it could be a good video to lead into higher performing options and rocket science. Always good learning opportunities!

Ferrari F40. 1987. Last car Enzo approved before his death. Carbon fiber started in sixties missile and aircraft skins, reached F1 in 1981, and hit the road at scale here. 478 hp, 1,100 kg, no radio, no carpets, no power steering, what a legend! With @artsimage & @AdanGuajardo
One of the first public appearances of the Ferrari F40 in Milan (1987)

We will never give up
Some of you may have met my wife. But I'd like to introduce her to you all. Without Evelyn, this event wouldn't be possible. She introduced me to Tesla, and she believed in Elon's vision of autonomous cars long before I ever did. She has stood by me through thick and thin, and she's supported me and this Tesla community in ways many of you will never see. She's my heartbeat and my world. Without her, this community wouldn't be what it is today. Words can't express my gratitude. I thank God for my wife every day. Evelyn is the most selfless person I know. She never does things for credit. She takes care of people quietly, whether it's our family, our friends, or someone she barely knows. And she homeschools our four kids with a patience and love I couldn't match on my best day. This may be news for some of you, but Evelyn has been battling triple-negative breast cancer since August of last year. She has endured chemo, surgery, and radiation, and the fight is not over. There have been days that were painful and days that were frightening, and through every one of them she has stayed kind, held onto her faith, and kept showing up for other people. I am honored to serve her and to walk beside her through this. If you pray, please keep my wife in your prayers. Pray for her healing, her strength, and her peace. It means more to us than you know. Evelyn, you are my greatest blessing. Thank you for everything you do, seen and unseen. I love you. This community is better because of you, and so am I. Proverbs 18:22

Big signal. Apple’s CEO kicked off the iPhone Duo launch in Austin, TX today. Not New York, where a big product like this is usually launched. Austin is seriously becoming the center hub for the greatest technologies.

I'd love to see Tesla release a smaller pickup truck designed for autonomy that can be sold worldwide and is great for work and deliveries. I think it would really popular in not just the US, but all over.
Tesla has just announced that the Cybertruck will not be sold in Australia or New Zealand. Tesla is offering these Cybertruck reservation holders one free year of FSD (Supervised) if you order a new Model 3 or Model Y by the end of 2026. "After careful consideration, plans to produce Cybertruck for Australia and New Zealand have been discontinued. To thank you for your early support, we'd like to offer you a complimentary 1-year FSD (Supervised) subscription when you order a new Tesla Model 3 or Model Y."
