TREATMENT UPDATE AND PLEA FOR FINANCIAL SUPPORT!!!!
Just barely 3.5 to 4months ago, I could walk and fend for myself. Now I'm wheelchair-bound and can't even carry out simple, basic tasks for myself because of cancer. But with your financial support, prayers, and by sharing to your person communities for support, this situation will become a testimony that will make anyone who hears it cry for joy, and make you part of my success story, smile and happiness.
I started low-dose chemo as seen in the pictures, with the aim of reducing the tumour burden, disease progression, and the endless pains I'm experiencing in different parts of my body.
The side effects, such as fatigue, nausea, tingling fingers and mouth sores, to mention a few, haven't been easy. But the doctors are in control of the situation.
This is a step to reduce the pains I undergo every day and my inability to sleep because of it, while we wait for the specialised report/treatment plan from RGCC, which is expected this week or, at the latest, early next week.
The doctors informed me that, due to the disease, my blood is a bit dense, but it's not for me to worry about, they know what to do.
The chemo dose is once every 2weeks, but will be stopped if the RGCC report says otherwise.
The doctor said if they rush things without the RGCC report, which tells them which type of treatment fits the situation, the lump or tumour on my back might burst which will be catastrophic, which is what they don't want.
The initial plan to insert a stent into my urinary tract to the kidney has been put on hold because I'm urinating well. They said from the scan there is a tumour pressing against my bladder, but they believe it will shrink with the treatment.
Likewise, my inability to walk is due to a lump or tumour pressing the L4 and L5 region of my spine, which led to a small crack and me experiencing Sciatic pains. That same lump is irritating the nerve that runs from that region of my spine to my left leg and this causes continuous electric and pins and needle sensation on my left leg.

Fake products don’t check anyone’s tribe before they cause harm. Every Nigerian is at risk, and this should never become a tribal fight. The focus should be on public safety, accountability and demanding better from NAFDAC!!
Igbos have been in the news repeatedly over the production of fake drinks and drugs, it is alarming, but let's not act like this is perculiar to one region or ethinicity; Fake products aren't produced in the South-East alone, many times people from the South-West region have been arrested too. And while the focus might be on consumables like drinks and drugs, let's talk about the skincare products that are heavily manufacted in Lagos and transported across the state. Or those mixed food items sold in the Northern region (containing food dyes).
NAFDAC DG who has proven to be incompetent, is not from the South-East. She's from the Yoruba ethinicity, so what has the agency done to stop this? A few months people in Edo State reportedly cried out over the production and sale of fake red oils, this is another region entirely, Deltans has also cried out over adulterated products.
That aside, we also need to hold those who intentionally sell fake products to consumers (at original price) knowing full well the dangers. At the clubs, supermarkets, local markets, etc. I think the penalty for the production and sale of fake products should be deαlth. And everyone should hold their region accountable.
