Said this then. Still true now. We’re on the cusp of change. Tomorrow, vote for it.
Brad Bradford sounds like a Mayor. Olivia Chow sounds like she’s scared to lose. And now she’s trying to scare you. But it won’t work. Torontonians are smarter than that. They’re not scared. They’re ready for change.

We can make sure Toronto unlocks its full unbounded potential. We can fix what’s stuck. And get our city firing on all cylinders. But to change the city, you need to vote to change the mayor tomorrow. Let’s get this city unstuck and make history, Toronto.
Vote for change tomorrow.

METROLINX IS 100% OWNED BY THE PROVINCE. THE CANADA INFRASTRUCTURE BANK IS 100% OWNED BY THE GOVERNMENT OF CANADA. THIS KIND OF THING WAS TAUGHT IN BASIC CIVICS.
Thanks @TorontoStar & @mahdishabibinia for this insightful piece clarifying @BradMBradford's & @fordnation's path to water privatization: "What qualifies as 'an agent' could be a private company, a public-private partnership like Metrolinx or the Canada Infrastructure Bank, which facilitates private investment in infrastructure projects." thestar.com/gift-redeem?t=e9… @cupelocal79 @Local416 #keepwaterpublic

The purpose of change. Change is something you feel. Change is something you earn. It’s a bold declaration that the status quo isn’t good enough and that our best days lie ahead. Change is a city that moves. Change is taxes that don’t. Change is a city where you feel safe. That is possible. We’re on the cusp of it. But that change is only possible with your vote. Because if you want to change the city, tomorrow you have to vote to change the mayor. Vote for Brad Bradford.

Federal Liberal MP Jennifer McKelvie was the deputy mayor of Toronto under Olivia Chow. After working closely with Chow, McKelvie is endorsing Brad Bradford. Tells you something.
Toronto, we have two days left to vote for change. Thank you to my friend and former Deputy Mayor of Toronto @mckelvieAJAX for backing our plan to get Toronto moving, keep taxes down and make our streets safer. Now, let’s finish strong. Get your friends, family and everyone you know out to vote on Monday.

The “expert” these folks cite works for CUPE. Pretty important detail they seem to have forgotten to leave out. Here’s what some real unbiased experts, including the association that’s made up of Ontario’s municipalities, have to say. 👇
Even more experts have looked at Brad Bradford's water scheme and it's clear: he's leaving the door open to privatization of our drinking water.

"I'm very passionate about Toronto. I love this city. I'm raising my two daughters here. And I know that Toronto has not yet reached its full potential." @BradMBradford tells @MooreintheAM he is not the angry candidate, adding, "We're having a ton of fun on this campaign."

I don't do politics often. I've made an exception for Brad Bradford twice, because I've watched him up close for a decade. Smart, driven, honest, and a trained city-planner who knows how a city actually works...and cares enough to put it all on the line for our city. Toronto, vote Brad Bradford on Oct 26. #TOpoli

Real leaders don’t have to lie. Here’s what the experts say. 👇
Protecting our water is about more than now, or the next 10 years. It’s about protecting it for generations to come. Some of our youngest Torontonians have shared their drawings with me. My commitment to them: I’ll keep our water in public hands.

This tweet is getting ratio’d. As it should. Olivia Chow should really stop lying. Desperate politics from a campaign out of steam.

Olivia Chow’s campaign likes to lie about Brad’s water plan. They’re doing it because they see an electorate that’s ready for change. And they’re terrified that you’re going to vote for Toronto to reach its full potential on Monday. It’s time to set the record straight. 👇

“This city is stuck,” Bradford said. “We’re stuck in traffic. We’re stuck waiting for the bus that doesn’t show up. We’re stuck feeling less safe. We’re stuck on wait lists. We’re stuck paying more and getting less. We’re stuck with NDP Mayor Olivia Chow’s 20 per cent tax increase, and if she’s re-elected, she’ll hike it by another 20 percent.”

This is all they have left. To fear monger and attack. To tell you to vote against something. Not for something. That’s what losing campaigns do, not winning ones. Don’t fall for it. We’re on the cusp of change - and on the other side of that change is a beautiful and formidable city we can be proud of. But if you want to change the city, you have to change the mayor.
We need to build up our city not tear it down. This guy doesn't understand the basics of how city budgets work. He is even worse on transporation. He would remove critical pieces of transportation. Infrastructure that would reduce mobility, increase congestion and blocking the box at intersections, forcing more cars onto crowded streets, inducing demand, concentrating traffic and making getting around even more difficult. He would further endanger pedestrian, motorists and cyclists alike.

When a campaign is out of ideas, out of gas, and soon to be out of time, all that’s left to do is attack. They’ll attack John Tory. They’ll attack Brad Bradford. And they’ll attack anyone who dares to disagree. It’s the worst kind of politics, but it’s what NDP politicians do. Torontonians aren’t buying it. They’re ready for change from the NDP playbook of fear and division.
Torontonians are still living in John Tory's mess. He was administratively incompetent not to mention, corrupt. He doubled down on the failed policies of Rob Ford that drove the poor into unhoused despair in favour of low taxes and luxury housing for the ultra rich, plus a fucked up transit plan that was literally designed on a napkin. That's one hell of a mess. It will take at least 10 years to get Toronto back on track toward a livable future. Brad has spent this whole campaign blaming Olivia for the giant mess he helped create with John Tory. A candidate who's entire message is lie after lie after lie will be a disaster as Mayor. Olivia deserves your trust with your vote. Please do the right thing, Torontonians, and re-elect Olivia! #topoli
