It’s a shame how many H.S. pitchers get overlooked because they don’t hit some magic velocity number. They throw 3 pitches for strikes, pitch backwards, change speeds, and command the zone. Has the game changed for the better?

Is JUCO worth it for baseball? With 34-man rosters at many D1 programs, more than ever.
Fewer spots means coaches want players who have already competed in college.
Two years of JUCO can make him that player. The logo matters less than the innings.

Many of the top players i’ve coached were multi sport athletes athletes and I promise you the pluses will FAR out weigh the minuses in the pro and cons check list. Not one time has any player ever said to me he regretted playing football and neither will Daniel. Great decision!!

The overwhelming majority of players belong in junior colleges.
Why Juco?
100% scholarship (most cases) vs 25% scholarship.
Two seasons (fall and spring).
Immediate playing time (most cases).
Smaller classes.
Younger players.
Less restrictions on coach's time spent with players.
Draft and four year options open.
Learn to grind.

COLLEGE COACHES I NEED YOU TO GET @HoncharovS79442 on your radar immediately.
54 yard Field goal tonight.
School record.
Furthest FG in Virginia in 10 years.

HS players: Do yourself a favor and follow @FiveToolJUCO and watch what is going on right now at the event in Melissa. Watch the physicality, the way the ball leaves the bat, the velocity and pitchability from the arms. Watch the athleticism in the field.
“I’ll just go JUCO” is NOT a statement that can be stated anymore. Been that way for a while but gets overlooked by glitz-seeking, condescending mentality from players and parents who simply don’t get it. These guys are machines and you either work your way to join them or get your doors blown off.
GoodBye! 👋
