🇺🇬 #UGANDARUGBY | Election Guidelines for Candidates Elective General Assembly | April 2027 A review of Draft 1.0, pending ExCom adoption, shows that the Guidelines largely translate the 2025 Constitution into clear, candidate-facing rules. They reference the National Sports Act, including the 50% district quorum requirement, and align with the wider World Rugby and Cap. 151 framework. Candidates should prepare using the Pre-Assembly Checklist and await official communication from the ExCom and Returning Officer on the final election calendar, fees and contacts. 📌 Good standing: Candidates must have cleared their dues and participated in at least one sanctioned rugby activity in the preceding 12 months. Note: These are draft guidelines and remain subject to ExCom adoption.
