SPACEX SECURES $40 BILLION IN THE LARGEST GPU FINANCING EVER

SpaceX has reached a binding commitment to enter into an approximately $40 billion master finance lease for GPUs and related equipment with an entity managed by Apollo Global Management, Inc. (Apollo). This lease will deliver the next generation of NVIDIA Vera Rubin chips for SpaceX’s terrestrial compute buildout and is an important step in our plan to build a Super Intelligence future. It represents the largest committed GPU financing, underscoring the strength of SpaceX’s infrastructure capabilities.
CFO Commentary
“SpaceX aims to deploy the largest compute infrastructure in the world. As demand for compute continues to accelerate, we’re seeing less than one year payback periods on our SI infrastructure investments. This lease diversifies our funding sources and addresses a notable portion of the funding required to deliver on our growth plans as we aim to get additional compute online at record speeds to power Grok for enterprises and consumers, as well as serve existing and future cloud services customers.”

Without Evelyn, this event wouldn't be possible. She introduced me to Tesla, and she believed in Elon's vision of autonomous cars long before I ever did.
She has stood by me through thick and thin, and she's supported me and this Tesla community in ways many of you will never see. She's my heartbeat and my world. Without her, this community wouldn't be what it is today.
Words can't express my gratitude. I thank God for my wife every day.
Evelyn is the most selfless person I know. She never does things for credit. She takes care of people quietly, whether it's our family, our friends, or someone she barely knows. And she homeschools our four kids with a patience and love I couldn't match on my best day.
This may be news for some of you, but Evelyn has been battling triple-negative breast cancer since August of last year.
She has endured chemo, surgery, and radiation, and the fight is not over. There have been days that were painful and days that were frightening, and through every one of them she has stayed kind, held onto her faith, and kept showing up for other people. I am honored to serve her and to walk beside her through this.
If you pray, please keep my wife in your prayers. Pray for her healing, her strength, and her peace. It means more to us than you know.
