Guys, I beg you to start being the person you wish to be. This study found that just 5 minutes a day of imagining your best possible self, for two weeks, made people noticeably more optimistic about their future. Picture who you want to be, then go act like them today.

THIS IS THE FASTEST MOST UNHINGED WAY TO MAKE $10K+ RIGHT NOW** Somebody just dropped how she’s pulling $80k–$150k a month with Meta’s free Muse AI agent and almost zero work. Last month: $150,000. No degree. Used to bartend. Cost her $0. Here’s what she showed: → Open Muse (free) and tell it to find high-paying remote contract work for Meta Ads Expert / Media Buyer / Paid Ads roles → It pulls current listings $5,000+ and $4,000+ months, $65–$100/hr contracts, all free to apply → Plug Muse into Business Manager and let it create campaigns, test audiences, analyze data, and scale → She still gets paid $10k/month per client while Muse does the actual work Four of those $5k contracts = $20k/month recurring overnight. She says companies will never do this themselves — they always pay someone else. Muse has only been around about a month. She’s been doing ads for 13 years and says she’s never seen anything like this. Bookmark this before more people find it.

If I had to make $15,000/mo before Christmas, I wouldn't pick a product first. I'd pick a person. These are the only 5 people I'd sell to: 1. Women 45-65:

I'm begging you: - sell to night shift workers - 15 million americans work night shifts. nobody sells products to them. every product on the internet is designed for people who sleep at night - she works 7pm-7am. sleeps during the day. the blackout curtains from amazon let light through the edges. the sleep mask gives her a headache. the melatonin makes her groggy for the first 2 hours of her shift - the products designed for "normal" sleepers don't work for shift workers. the problems are different. the solutions need to be different - blackout systems that actually block 100% of light. sleep supplements formulated for daytime sleep (different from nighttime melatonin). shift-friendly meal prep for eating at 3am. energy supplements that peak at 2am not 2pm - $5-12 COGS. sell for $39-69. the premium is justified because "designed for night shift" removes comparison shopping. she can't compare it to a regular sleep product because it's not for regular sleepers - "the night shift survival kit" at $89. blackout tape + daytime sleep supplement + shift-friendly energy + 3am meal prep containers - subscription on supplements: churn under 8%. the shift doesn't end. the sleep problem doesn't end. the supplement manages it permanently - target "night shift" "nurse life" "12 hour shift" interests on facebook at 6-8am. she's scrolling when she gets home from work. everyone else is waking up. she's winding down. zero competition at 7am - the 7am ad slot is the cheapest of the day because no advertiser targets it. she's the only buyer awake. your ad is the only ad running - sell in the UK, germany, australia. nurses work night shifts everywhere. the shift schedule is universal - stop selling to the 85% who sleep at night. sell to the 15% who sleep during the day and can't find a single product designed for them here's exactly how to do the first ten: 1. THE PRODUCT - aliexpress. search "blackout tape" "daytime sleep aid" "portable blackout curtain" "shift worker sleep mask" - $5-12 COGS. sell for $39-69. the shift-specific label adds $15-25 to the price - amazon 1-star reviews on blackout curtains: "light comes through the edges." "doesn't stick." your page: "100% blackout seal. covers edges. designed for daytime sleepers." the edge light complaint is so specific that the solution feels like it was built from the complaint 2. THE 7AM AD SLOT - she gets home at 7am. scrolls for 30 minutes before sleeping. every other human in her timezone is commuting to work. zero advertisers target 7am - CPMs at 7am: the cheapest of any hour. she's the only buyer. your ad is the only ad. the cost per conversion at 7am is 50-60% cheaper than 10pm - run facebook ads 6-8am targeting "nurse" "night shift" "12 hour shift" interests 3. THE IDENTITY LANGUAGE - "built for the night shift" in the headline. 5 words that make her feel seen for the first time by a product - every product she's ever bought was designed for daytime people. the first product that says "this is for you specifically" converts at 2-3x because it's the first time a product page acknowledged her schedule exists 4. THE SURVIVAL KIT - "the night shift survival kit" at $89: blackout tape + daytime sleep supplement + shift energy + 3am snack containers - she buys the kit because her shift is permanent and no single product solves the whole problem - the kit name "survival" resonates because that's how night shift feels. it's not a job. it's survival. the product name matches her emotional state 5. THE NURSE PIPELINE - 4.7 million nurses in the US. the majority work rotating or night shifts - target "nurse life" "nursing student" "RN" interests. the demographic is massive and underserved - she tells every nurse she works with. the break room is the referral channel. one buyer = 3-5 referrals from the same hospital floor Print $20K/mo from 15 million people who can't find a single product designed for when they actually sleep [ full system is in a 36-page playbook. comment "NIGHT" and I'll send it. must be following ] (I built the AI tool that does the page part - paste any aliexpress link, full page in 60 seconds → link in bio)

It's funny how you can legally steal the entire curriculum of an $80,000/month paid community in 4 minutes and use it to print money on YouTube Every paid group on Skool has a public preview page that leaks their exact classroom modules before you even enter a credit card And almost nobody realizes what happens when you turn those modules into free videos: Right now there are thousands of guys paying $99 to $299/month to sit inside private Skool groups for e-commerce, AI agencies, tax strategy, trading, and real estate The owners of those groups spent years and $100k+ in ad spend figuring out the exact questions beginners will pay cash to solve And you can rip their entire validated syllabus in 4 clicks: 1. Go to skool. com/discovery and pick a high-cashflow category (Business, Career, Tech, Finance) 2. Click any group in the top 50 that charges $49 to $199/month and has 500+ members (a group with 800 members at $99/mo is verified doing ~$80,000/month) 3. Click into their public preview & open the "Classroom" tab. They blur the actual video files to make you buy, and leave every single module name, week-by-week order, and lesson title completely visible as a sales pitch 4. Screenshot their entire Classroom tree and drop it into Claude with this prompt: "Here is the exact paid curriculum of a $99/month community in [niche]. Turn each of these 6 modules into a 15-minute YouTube video script outline that gives away the actionable how-to steps for free, and position my [product/service/affiliate link] as the faster implementation tool at the 4-minute and 12-minute marks." When you upload their $99/month curriculum on YouTube for free, two things happen at once: First, every topic is already proven to attract people with credit cards in hand Second, anyone searching for that community or topic finds your 18-minute free breakdown first, watches you give away the farm without holding back, and trusts you 10x more than the guy hiding basic info behind a paywall That exact play (giving away the step-by-step implementation other people charge $97/mo for, then selling the high-ticket backend) is how we helped scale RP Profits from 8,000 to 47.9k subscribers and ~$200,000/month organically from YouTube (we build & run the whole YouTube channel for businesses doing $500k+/yr: ideas, scripts, editing, titles, thumbnails, 10 videos in 90 days. DM me "YOUTUBE" & I'll show you how we'd run it for yours)

If you’re under 25 and can get a business to even just $20-30k a month, you have to understand that you have a unique gift that 99% of the world would literally kill for. Two options: 1. Chill there & be ok with only taking care of yourself. 2. Rip it & go as big as you can. I’m of the opinion that it’s a waste of a gift to settle, and never try to break into the 7-8 figure range. The amount of good you can do by putting in the extra work to make yourself actually rich instead of just selfish-rich is worth it.

THIS IS FCK**** INSANE. $2400 for JUST 100k VIEWS?? this 24 YEAR OLD is running a YouTube animation MONEY PRINTING studio from his bedroom. he has no animators. he can’t even draw. he keeps printing money from children rhymes. Here’s how it works: Kids' YouTube channels routinely pull millions of views per video. The platform pays creators between $5,000 and $12,000 for every hundred thousand views in that niche. Before this year, getting a piece of that market required a 3D animation studio, voice actors, and a month of rendering. He does it in under three minutes. His entire studio is a GPT sol and a Claude window. He opens YouTube and finds the most popular nursery rhyme channels. He takes a screenshot of their video feed. He opens Claude. He has a custom tool called Higgsfield MCP connected directly to his chat. He pastes the screenshot. He writes one prompt. Analyze this YouTube channel and generate a week of original content in the exact same style and niche. He hits enter. A few minutes later, the chat window spits out a fully rendered, broadcast-ready 3D animation. A baby playing with blocks, perfectly lit, smoothly animated, and ready to be monetized. He uploads it to his channel. The next day, he does it again. The kids watching on their iPads don't know the video was generated by an AI analyzing a screenshot. The parents who just want five minutes of quiet don't care. The algorithm treats it like a Pixar short. A real animation studio spends $75,000 and two months to produce three minutes of content. He spends zero dollars, takes a screenshot, and goes to make coffee. While the rest of the internet argues about whether AI is a real job, a quiet group of teenagers is pulling market share from massive media companies with a single prompt. Most people will watch his tutorial and complain. A few will open a new tab. full breakdown in the article below Bookmark this for later.

Im fucking BEGGING YOU - start a youtube shorts channel - pick a niche - post shorts - get monetized - make money - move out of your parents house - buy drip - date slavic girls This is EXACTLY how to do the first half: 1. START THE CHANNEL (20 MINUTES) fresh google account, brand account under it so an editor can get access later without your password. two factor on. spend 3 days watching the niche as a viewer before you upload anything. it warms the account and builds your research feed at the same time 2. PICK THE NICHE (ONE WEEKEND) four filters, no vibes. several channels over 200M views in the last 90 days. viewers in the US, 25 to 45, on a topic advertisers pay for (money, home, health, cars, career, tech), thats the difference between $0.05 and $0.40 per 1,000 views. you can make one in under an hour with what you own today. and it can hold 111,000 views a day, because from february a channel that cant stops getting paid 3. BUILD THE STACK ($0) chatgpt writes the script, 65 to 90 words, fed 10 transcripts from the winners in your sheet. elevenlabs is the voice, pick one, never change it, the voice is half your recognition. pixabay or screen capture for footage. capcut for word by word captions, big, centre, inside the safe zone. youtube audio library for sound, never a trending song, its deducted from the pool before youre paid. one project file with all of it locked so you never decide a font twice 4. POST SHORTS (30 OF THEM, SAME SHAPE) 25 to 35 seconds. tension in the first 3 seconds, something changes every 4 to 6, payoff, cut. no outro. before every upload check nine things on a phone, not in the editor: nothing in the bottom 20% or right 15% of the screen, 1080x1920 with no black bars, voice peaking around -3dB with music 18 to 22dB under it, no room echo, first frame is not a title card, captions on time, no tiktok watermark, no like and subscribe tail, shorts monetisation module accepted in studio. most people find 15 to 30 failures across their last 10 videos and fixing them moves a stuck channel more than 3 months of reading 5. GET MONETIZED 1,000 subscribers and 10 million shorts views in 90 days. thats 111,000 a day. until 1 february 2027, when the views part becomes 20 million and everyone who got in before keeps the old price. the 92 days left in the year are exactly the window at video 30 read your floor, the middle of your bottom third. floor up and two videos at 5x your median: add volume, hire an editor at $3 to $8 a short off a paid test task. floor flat: change the shape, keep the niche. floor near zero: recheck step 2 and step 4 the second half of the list has never needed a guide. nobody has ever struggled to spend $10k on drip and a flight to belgrade join my telegram, link in bio

It's funny how you can take literally any YouTube channel, remake it "for people over 55", and print money with barely any competition Same play as ripping a winning offer and re-skinning it. Just aimed at the only audience on the platform that actually has money: - Investing (for people about to retire) - AI explained (for people over 60) - Getting in shape (with bad knees) - Cooking (for two people, not a family of five) - Buying a car (for someone who last bought one in 2009) - Travel (for people who will not sleep in a hostel) Every single one of those is a bloodbath aimed at 24 year olds and an empty room aimed at 64 year olds Why it works... YouTube has been the most watched thing on American televisions for over two years straight. Not phones. Televisions. That is not teenagers, that's a 61 year old on a couch with a remote He watches 22 minutes without flinching because he grew up on 60 Minutes. He doesn't skip, doesn't scrub, doesn't check a second source. He watches one calm man explain a thing and treats it as settled Advertisers know exactly who he is, which is why a thousand views of him pays $30-45 and a thousand views of his grandson playing Fortnite pays $2 But the ad money is a tip, not the business... He is watching because he is about to spend $14k on a heat pump, $9k on a roof, or $60k a year putting his mother into assisted living So whoever made that video is standing in the room during the biggest purchase of his year. And 95% of them are collecting $40 of AdSense and leaving What you sell him instead: - the service in the video (roofing, HVAC, legal, financial planning) - a paid consult - the product you just recommended, on affiliate - the phone call itself, to companies paying $80-300 a lead for exactly that Old people do not buy from ads. They buy from whoever they have watched the longest Nobody goes near this audience because making videos for old people isn't cool and won't impress anyone in your group chat. Which is precisely why the money is sat there untouched Grandad has a paid off house, a decision to make, and zero competition for his attention

Bad news for jееts Youtube just doubled the price of getting paid and everybody is reading the deadline wrong by 3 months Feb 1 is the date on the announcement. November 3rd is the date that actually matters, because they measure you over a 90 day window. Count it backwards yourself The last 12 weeks of cheap money on this platform start right now Plain english for anyone who doesnt live in this world: Youtube pays you a cut of the ads on your videos, but only once you clear a threshold. Right now thats 1,000 subscribers and 10 million short-video views inside any 90 day stretch. Hit it, you get paid every month for as long as the channel exists From feb 1 2027 that threshold becomes 20 million views. Long form goes from 4,000 watch hours to 8,000. Same job, twice the toll And the sentence the whole thing hinges on: channels already inside do not get re-tested against the new number. Whoever gets in before the date is grandfathered forever So work it backwards. They grade a rolling 90 days. A channel that starts november 3rd finishes its window on feb 1. Start november 20th and you get graded at 20 million You do not have 6 months. You have 12 weeks THE PART NOBODY IS PRICING IN A monetized faceless channel doing $1k/mo sells for 18-25k on private marketplaces. Roughly 20x monthly profit. Those deals close every week and most creators dont know their own channel has a resale price After february the supply of new monetized channels gets cut in half overnight, because most people attempting it will die somewhere between 10 and 20 million views. Same buyers, half the manufacturing rate Every channel you push over the line before feb 1 is a pre-2027 build. An asset that got harder to make the day after you made it The guys typing "youtube is over" under the announcement are the entire reason the margin exists. They have been every single time THE 12 WEEK SPRINT 1. Accounts today. Aged gmails cost very little, or make fresh ones and warm them 2-3 days with normal human behavior before you touch youtube. One channel per account, 8 to 10 of them. Nobody wins this with one channel 2. Fresh google account for research, never your main. Your main is 4 years of your own brainrot and it poisons every data point. Search the niche, watch 20-30 short videos fully, no skipping, 30 min a day for 3 days. The feed now believes you ARE the target viewer and starts serving you exactly what its pushing in that niche today 3. Spreadsheet, not vibes. Hunt channels under 10k subs pulling 500k+ views. No brand weight, no subscriber cushion, pure algorithmic push. Log their last 20 uploads: whats on screen at second 0, where the re-hook lands, how long until payoff, what the comments quote back 4. This is the step that separates people. Do not clone one format. Take 2-3 formats from DIFFERENT niches and staple them into one video. A ranking mechanic from sports. A written hook from true crime. An audio hook off the reddit channels. Three proven retention devices from three unrelated places welded together. Cloning one format gets you a worse copy of the original. Stapling three gets you something with no competitor in the niche 5. Find someone who executes that format better and cheaper than you. Editor out of a discord server, $200-300/mo, handles 2-3 channels. You do quality control and format research and nothing else. If you are personally picking fonts for 6 hours you are a $3/hour employee of your own company 6. Now the trick people are going to be annoyed about The threshold is measured in VIEWS. Not money. Not country. 10 million views is 10 million views whether it came from oslo or lahore What youtube pays per 1,000 short views by language: English $0.25-$0.40 Korean $0.20-$0.25 German $0.18-$0.20 Japanese $0.17-$0.19 French $0.08-$0.10 Polish $0.08-$0.09 Spanish $0.05-$0.07 Turkish $0.03-$0.05 Russian $0.02-$0.03 Hindi under $0.01 Everyone reads that table, sprints at english, walks into the most brutal competition on the platform and dies at 3 million views in 90 days You are not trying to earn money in the next 12 weeks. You are trying to clear a counter before a door shuts. The cheap markets hand you volume with a fraction of the competition. Clear the bar on cheap views, get inside at the old number, then point the channel at wherever the money is for the next 5 years The door is priced in views. Pay in the cheapest currency it accepts 7. Volume is the whole strategy. 8 channels x 2-3 posts a day x 12 weeks is 1,500+ lottery tickets. A video doing 5x your average means same format fresh angle within 24 hours. 10 flat videos in a row means the format is dead, rotate it, dont mourn it WHAT KILLS YOU IN THE NEXT 12 WEEKS Researching. You cannot out-read a deadline. All of the above takes a week to learn and 11 weeks to execute Running one channel. One channel is one coinflip. The model is running enough coins that the outlier becomes a matter of when Waiting until youre good. Nobody is grading the videos. A view counter is grading you and it cannot tell art from a robot voice over minecraft parkour Starting november 20th and being confused in february AFTER THE DATE Way less competition, way less saturation, and much more money for people who actually know what theyre doing. The toll doubles, the tourists and the brokers get flushed, and whoever is sitting on 9 grandfathered channels splits a market with half the population Thats not a prediction. Thats what happens every time a platform raises a wall and gives 6 months notice to people who dont read 175 days until it changes. 85 until it stops mattering that it changed go open the accounts bruv. you can research it in february with everybody else full 12 week sprint sheet, the format stapling breakdown and the outlier spreadsheet template are in the telegram, link in bio. free, no gate
🚨BREAKING🚨 YouTube is raising the bar for new creators. Starting Feb 1, 2027, new channels need 8,000 watch hours (up from 4,000) or 20M Shorts views in 90 days (up from 10M) to join the YouTube Partner Program
