Fernando Mendoza will be mediocre in the NFL. I do think he COULD be good. But in terms of #1 level of play? Im unsure. Posting this now so we can come back to this in 3 years.

Ryan Day said Khary Wilder will be back for the Buckeyes this week. Asked about freshmen who are really starting to emerge, Day mentioned Cincere Johnson as a guy on the rise for Ohio State.

Ohio State Press notes from @bdottaa - No decision on QB, team feels confident in both. - Hinted at Fahey QB1, still tbd - Austin has “flexibility”, practiced at RT, unsure if he will be able to play full game Saturday, will he fully available Saturday - Isaiah West was best rb vs IU, need him more througout the szn - Khary is back this week - Wants to get freshman defensive line going throughout the week - Jay Timmons is tbd for the game, “needs to see how the next few days go” (sounds like he probably out if you ask me)

The #Colts first-round draft pick — which the #Jets own — continues to look better…

Trade: The #Colts are trading 3-time Pro-Bowl DT DeForest Buckner back to the #49ers, the team that made him a 2016 first-round pick before dealing him to Indianapolis in 2020, per me and @AdamSchefter. A reunion!! Now Buckner returns to SF, fortifying their defensive line.

Holy Sh*t: Kyle Whittingham just confirmed Michigan is bracing for 50%+ roster turnover.
“Some teams change 80 or 90 players out of 100.” We have never seen a coach this casual about losing over half the roster 😭

Ohio State doesn’t need its starting quarterback to be Superman against USC. Yes, you want them to play well. But Colton Joseph had 90 total yards and Wisconsin won 24-7 last week… That’s a paper-popping stat if I have ever seen one!

From ESPN Research: The Saints are the first team without a 10-yard rusher in a game since the Buccaneers against the Chiefs in 2022. It's the 3rd time in Saints history that the team has not had a 10-yard rusher in a game. Other times were in 1993 and 1980.

Per ESPN Research: This is Chase Young's 2nd straight game with more than 1 sack. He has 7.0 sacks this season (thru 1.5 half today), which ties the most for a Saints player in the first 7 games of the season over the last 20 seasons. Cameron Jordan also had 7 in 2019.

Ryan Day said Ohio State sent the Big Ten more than 10 plays from the Indiana game for review. I’m going to assume this was one of them… 👀😂

Actually accountability & change needs to happen asap because how many times have fans from any fanbase complained about refs? Every game same problem. If refs can't call a fair game, then hate to say it but you might as well replace them with AI who isn't going to be biased.
