I'm bullish on $XPR, and it's about a lot more than price. Fast transactions. Near-instant finality. Zero gas fees for users. Real-world utility. While everyone is chasing the next big thing, I'm watching what's actually being built. @XPRNetwork and @MetallicusTDBN are building infrastructure for the future of finance. The potential here is massive, and I believe we're still early. I'm not betting on hype. I'm betting on what they're building. 🚀 $XPR #XPRNetwork #Metallicus

🚨 GENIUS ACT FINAL RULE: Most banks still treat blockchain like a threat @MetalBlockchain Metallicus is quietly building the system that lets them own it instead @MetallicusTDBN Banks and credit unions can finally add stablecoins, wallets, payments, and identity without ripping out their core systems. FedNow certified instant payments and fully BSA compliant rails are already live. They run safe pilots to launch their own branded digital dollars and keep deposits in house. Full control stays with the institution the entire time. This is how regulated finance actually moves on chain $XPR $METAL $LOAN $BTC $XRP $ETH $SOL $XLM $BNB $USDC $PYUSD $USDT $HBAR $DOGE $RLUSD
The OCC is committed to supporting a strong community banking sector as payment innovation advances. The effect of stablecoin adoption on community bank deposits remains uncertain, and estimates vary widely. The OCC takes community banks’ funding concerns seriously and is closely monitoring potential deposit outflows as the industry develops. OCC.gov/GENIUS

Why is it important that the crypto hardware model separate from proprietary crypto-specific devices? Because they will leak your home address and personally identifying information every time, like clockwork. Get a Yubi key and download @webauthwallet

🧵 Did Metallicus mint 3.3B XPR out of thin air? No. I checked the chain, and the “increase” in Total Supply on the explorer is an accounting error, not new token issuance. Here’s the verifiable data 👇

Sometimes "Not Found" Is Exactly What You Want to See After the week we've had talking about cybersecurity, PHP2Shell and everything else trying to make us question whether anything connected to the internet is safe anymore, I figured it was probably a good time to check on something of my own. My validator node. I use Contabo to host my server, and I'm interested in keeping my node healthy. Now I'm going to admit something. I'm still very much a newbie when it comes to the technical side of running my own node. I understand why I have it. I'm learning more about how it works. But I'm not sitting in front of a computer staring at my node every day. Or every week. Honestly, not even every month. It's just not my thing. My node doesn't open until the end of December, so constantly watching something I can't really do anything with yet isn't exactly my idea of a good time. What I do instead is periodically check in. I reached out to Tee from House of Validators, which is something I do from time to time. I ask questions, find out if there's anything I should be paying attention to and generally make sure everything is where it should be. I also check Contabo for the health of my server. And my highly technical method for checking that? Green or red. That's it. Green, Mimi is happy. Red, Mimi starts asking questions. I told you I'm still learning. But after all the PHP2Shell news this week, I wanted to know a little more than green or red. So I took a closer look at what was actually running on my server. Here's what came back: Operating system: Ubuntu 24.04.4 LTS PHP command: Not found PHP packages: None detected PHP web services: None detected PHP processes: None detected Docker: Not installed PHP exposure: No evidence detected Now if you're anything like me, you might look at that list and say... Okay. Is that good? In this particular situation, yes. And here's the everyday-person explanation. Think of my server like a small apartment I've rented inside a much larger building. Contabo provides the building and the infrastructure. My VPS is my apartment. Ubuntu is basically the operating system running inside my apartment. In this case, Ubuntu 24.04 is an LTS, or Long-Term Support, release. That means it receives security maintenance for years instead of quickly becoming outdated and unsupported. Then we get to PHP. PHP is software commonly used to run websites and web applications, and it happens to be at the center of the PHP2Shell security alert we've been talking about this week. My server check couldn't find PHP. No PHP command. No PHP packages. No PHP web services. No PHP processes. And no evidence of PHP exposure. In everyday language, the particular software affected by PHP2Shell doesn't appear to be installed or running on my server. So based on that check, my node doesn't appear to have the PHP attack surface involved in PHP2Shell. That's reassuring. But I want to be very clear about something. That does NOT mean my server is magically protected from every cybersecurity threat out there. It means this particular door everyone has been talking about this week doesn't appear to exist on my server. There are still other doors. And those still need to be secured. That's actually where understanding what Contabo does, and what I'm responsible for, becomes important. Contabo isn't the blockchain and it isn't my validator. It's the infrastructure provider hosting the virtual server my node runs on. Going back to my apartment example, Contabo provides the building and some of the security around the property. But I'm still responsible for what happens inside my apartment. Contabo provides protections and tools such as DDoS protection and network-level firewall options for its cloud servers. Its Customer Panel also supports multi-factor authentication, and additional tools such as snapshots, backups and monitoring are available depending on the server and services being used. Those things matter to me because my node needs reliable infrastructure. But using a hosting company doesn't mean I can hand over all responsibility and never think about my server again. It isn't "set it and forget it" security. Software still needs to be kept current. Accounts need to be protected. Firewalls need to be configured properly. Backups matter. And occasionally someone needs to look under the hood. That's probably one of the biggest things I'm learning from running my own node. I don't have to know everything. But I do need to know enough to ask the right questions. What operating system am I running? Is it receiving security updates? What software is installed? What is actually exposed to the internet? Is my account protected with MFA? Do I have a backup if something goes wrong? And who do I ask when I see something I don't understand? For me, that last one matters. That's why I periodically check in with House of Validators instead of pretending I suddenly became a systems administrator because I own a node. There's nothing wrong with saying, "I don't know what this means." I'd much rather ask the question than assume everything is fine because I saw a green status light. And after this week's security alerts, that's probably my biggest takeaway. Security isn't about panicking every time a new vulnerability hits the news. It's about figuring out whether it actually applies to what you're running, understanding the protections you already have and knowing where your responsibility begins. This week PHP2Shell gave me a reason to look a little deeper than green or red. What I found was reassuring. PHP wasn't found. PHP packages weren't found. PHP services weren't found. PHP processes weren't found. And for once... "Not found" was exactly what I wanted to find. Just my perspective.

🚨 SEC just made Metallicus entire business model a top exam priority @MetallicusTDBN Their FY2027 focus on tokenization risks and AML compliance is exactly the environment TDBN was built for. Metallicus gives banks and credit unions a full stack they can actually use 🔸 Institution branded stablecoins and tokenized deposits 🔸BSA compliant @MetalBlockchain with digital identity built in (KYC) 🔸Custody, wallets, and FedNow ready payments 🔸No need to rip out existing core systems When examiners start looking at how firms handle tokenized assets and investor protection, institutions already on TDBN have the controls and audit trails in place. Compliance is part of the foundation, not something added later. As more scrutiny hits these areas, demand grows for infrastructure that is already live and proven with credit unions. OMFG. I literally just told you guys what...1 or 2 weeks ago that all they would have to do is a Software Upgrade to use XPR Proton because its Free right? Now we not only have @XPROGTDBN28 showing here a little Connection with Wallets with something called "Meetpay" but also European Bankong System Mentioned and VISA BEING IN TALKS TO BUY FIREBLOCKS. What does that mean? Is Metallicus not Partnered with FireBlocks? (As are other Blockchains) All they would need is to just say yes and Pass MiCA Law Compliance. FireBlocks can not force them to choose to use it. But guys, just as with XRP,Ripple, its Obvious where this is going. Whether Directly or Indirectly they will choose Both. As we all can see they are moving extremely fast to push all these Partnerships and Integrations thru. So mich so that we cant even keep up with How Massive the News we are getting on a Daily Basis is before we get another Announcement. I might shit myself

IT HAS BEGUN!
The internet is going into a LOCKDOWN. Hundreds of millions of websites are potentially at risk from cyberattacks. Governments, banks and major platforms have already taken their websites OFFLINE. Many are already calling it “Black October.” At the centre of the shutdowns is something most of us have never heard of, but use every day. PHP, the software behind roughly 7 in 10 websites, has two critical flaws that can let hackers break in without a password. Dubbed PHP2Shell, both are rated 9.2 out of 10 for severity. Details began circulating on Oct 20. Emergency fixes arrived the next day, but attackers were already moving. Cloudflare’s CEO says hacking attempts then jumped from thousands to MILLIONS within hours. Cybersecurity agencies across several countries are telling PHP site owners the same thing: Patch it now, or take it offline. Websites have gone dark worldwide, from government portals and hospitals to banks. CrowdStrike warns these attacks leave almost no trace, so some sites may not know if they’ve been hit. Around 2.6 MILLION internet-facing servers run PHP, potentially hosting hundreds of sites each. Over 1.1 million use older versions no longer receiving official PHP updates. Older installations may need an upgrade to a supported PHP version or a fix from their software provider. And patching does not remove a backdoor an attacker may already have planted. Cloudflare also says hackers are now tweaking their attacks to try to slip past its protections. But PHP isn’t the only security story unfolding. -Japan’s Onamae suspended ALL Desktop Cloud plans after malware was found on customer servers. -India’s eMudhra had 8 website-certificate keys so weak, one was literally the number “4”. -State Bank of India confirmed 3,897 customer records on the dark web. -Criminals used AI agents to break into 400+ Latin American banks. -Capcom confirmed a breach exposing 11.7 million email addresses. -GitLab disclosed a 10/10 severity flaw in versions going back to 2014. -LiteLLM removed a malware-containing release. Railway reported possible exposure of customer secrets. None of these has a confirmed link to PHP2Shell. We’re seeing separate breaches unfold together. The true number of incidents could take months to come out. The world is still on alert. Attacks are still coming.
