When weighing rental income, timing matters. Investors can receive monthly rental distributions.

Property investing can start fractionally. Invest in premium real estate properties from just $100.

Freedom of Money by @cz_binance was the latest book I read and was really inspirational for me. I highly recommend it for people that are working on distributed teams. CZ explains how Binance grew without being centralized in one place.

Introducing Bitwater: the water heater element that mines Bitcoin. It screws into the electric tank you already have. Physically decentralized mining that runs no matter what 🧵 Heat water. Mine Bitcoin. Same tank.

Yesterday we @SOUSTA_256 spent some time looking at the platform for @RWA_xyz and it’s good to see a variety of chains and asset classes. This kind of platform will be important going forward as we bring things on-chain.

Replying to @PeterSchiff
Peter, I used to do exactly the same thing and then a very successful man made me realize I was focused on the wrong things. The successful wealth builder focus on the offense, not the defense, the income not the expenses, on what they can control not what they can’t control I can control my income. I cannot control the cost of things. This is the problem with the pessimist. They’re always trying to reduce their cost rather than increase their income, trying to control what they spend rather than what they earn, protecting against the downside rather than going all in on the upside. This way of thinking kept me poorer for much of my life. It was all ideas adopted from my parents and grandparents, which I expect where you got your scarcity thinking. I’m not trying to convince you of another way of thinking as I think it’s probably too late for you. My experience is you’re so embedded in your bias that you would never let go of it… Thus the fixation to gold & Silver and the world one day coming to an end. Love Grant

This is the name of the game.
Cash Flow Beats Hope - Appreciation is in the future, cash flow is a paycheck. Buy properties that cash flow and wait for appreciation as a bonus. #InvestingTip

A structural shift is underway. Digital real estate is taking over. Prepare accordingly.

A lot of people ask me why should I buy tokenized real estate and why not buy a REIT. That’s a fair question but the better question is “should I do direct or indirect investments in real estate?” That comes down to a lot of factors but they are characteristically different!

With direct real estate investing, your capital is tied to a specific property or property-owning entity. Examples: • A rental house • An apartment building • A share in an LLC that owns one property • A fractional interest tied to a specific asset

With indirect real estate investing, you invest through a vehicle that owns real estate. Examples: • REITs • Real estate funds • ETFs • Private property funds The difference matters. Tokenization does not automatically make real estate investing direct.

Earlier this year Goldman Sachs announced that it was launching a tokenized real estate fund. I wanted to understand why they did this and what were the properties in the fund along with the fund thesis. Here is a link to the PPM - uk.archax.com/documents/lcr-…

So roughly £32.5M of prime London residential assets generating about £1.49M of annual rent, before expenses.

There is nothing “crypto” about this tokenized fund. The initial properties are in London and here are the addresses: 45 Cromwell Road £15.6M market value 11 apartments £720,000 annual head-lease rent 14 Wimpole Street £16.9M market value 11 units £768,886 annual rent
