Introducing Bitwater: the water heater element that mines Bitcoin. It screws into the electric tank you already have. Physically decentralized mining that runs no matter what 🧵 Heat water. Mine Bitcoin. Same tank.

Peter, I used to do exactly the same thing and then a very successful man made me realize I was focused on the wrong things. The successful wealth builder focus on the offense, not the defense, the income not the expenses, on what they can control not what they can’t control I can control my income. I cannot control the cost of things. This is the problem with the pessimist. They’re always trying to reduce their cost rather than increase their income, trying to control what they spend rather than what they earn, protecting against the downside rather than going all in on the upside. This way of thinking kept me poorer for much of my life. It was all ideas adopted from my parents and grandparents, which I expect where you got your scarcity thinking. I’m not trying to convince you of another way of thinking as I think it’s probably too late for you. My experience is you’re so embedded in your bias that you would never let go of it… Thus the fixation to gold & Silver and the world one day coming to an end. Love Grant

"Nobody cares about which blockchain is used, as long as we get the money." A developer told us that last week. Real estate gets held 3-10 years. Not every blockchain survives that long. New piece on treating this as a risk decision: #SOUSTA #SOUSTEX #RWA sousta256.substack.com/p/nob…

Bukayo Saka’s message to Gabriel Martinelli “Gabi… I honestly don’t know what to say. We came here as kids, dreaming of playing for Arsenal, and somehow we got to live that dream together. I’ll never forget the training sessions, the jokes, the difficult days, the big wins and everything we went through side by side. You weren’t just my teammate. You were my brother. It hurts seeing you leave, but I’m so proud of the man and player you’ve become. Arsenal will always be a part of you, and I hope you never forget how much the fans love you. Thank you for everything, Gabi. I’m going to miss you more than you know. Once a Gunner, always a Gunner. ❤️ Go and make yourself proud, my brother. I’ll see you again. 🥹 #AFC

Got hacked yesterday. The link came from inside Claude chat. I was installing a transcription app. Claude sent the download link, and I pasted the command into the terminal. It all looked legit. It wasn't though. It was a copycat site bundling malware. It ran instantly, tried to take everything from me. Nothing sensitive got out. So I wiped the laptop and rebuilt clean. But here's the scary part. Restoring from the backup, I found a poisoned SKILL.md for Claude Code. It looked exactly like my own writing style guide. But buried inside: it had instructions to silently re-download the malware and steal my credentials every time the AI loaded it. If I'd restored that one file, my new clean laptop is owned on day one. What saved me: I read every skill, hook, and config file before letting the AI touch them. Two lessons here: AI assistants will hand you links they never verified. Check before you paste. And AI agent files are executable code now, disguised as notes. You have to read them. Stay safe out there.

soustex.com If you hold Bitcoin, here's the actual question: can it produce yield without you selling it? With tokenized real estate, the answer is yes — blockchain here is a record-keeping layer, not a speculative asset. The real estate is valued and managed the same way it always has been. How do you think about putting idle BTC to work? #SOUSTA #SOUSTEX #RWA

The tokenized RWA market nearly tripled in the past year from ~$11.8B to $32B+. Real estate is still early in that curve. That's exactly the window SOUSTEX is built for. Join the waiting list: invest.soustex.com/signup #SOUSTA #SOUSTEX #RWA

Nashville’s Airbnb downturn is entering a new stage: investor liquidations. And we’re starting to see listings like this, where an Airbnb owner is trying to sell for $400,000 less than they paid in 2022. That’s a 40% collapse in just four years. Even more remarkable, this townhouse is now listed for less than it sold for in 2020. Meaning the entire pandemic housing boom has been wiped away. Given how much inventory is now sitting on Nashville's housing market, this could be a sign of things to come. Buying a home in this market? Don’t trust the asking price. Who benefits from the Coldcard hack? The Financial Industrial Complex does. We took a hit. We mourn the loss of those affected. We come back stronger. If we don’t self-custody and run nodes, we end up with BlackRockCoin in a Coinbase collateralised debt obligation.

This is our friend’s bitcoin. Good people. Hard working family people. Saving for retirement. For their kids. Money that was left for loved ones by Bitcoiners who passed away from brain cancer. Bitcoin that belongs to expectant mothers. Bitcoin from 10 years of scrimping and saving. We must look at it, we must feel this pain and we must never ever ever allow this to happen again.
