I will remember Tony Bennett joining the March from Selma to Montgomery for Voting Rights in 1965. He performed, under the threat of violence, for those fighting for their rights. Harry Belafonte asked him to join the movement. We lost both of these icons months apart. God Bless
Great catch. And t shirt copped.
There’s one tiny beef I have with JOY RIDE and that’s this: In it, Deadeye—played by the amazing Sabrina Wu—wears a BOOTLEG @EWPlayers IT’S AN HONOR JUST TO BE ASIAN shirt.
I just convinced EWP to reopen the campaign so you all can buy the real thing!

As a sociologist, I never imagined
@Forbes featuring my story. I talked to @GoldieChan about my “brand” of fighting for underrepresented voices, reading @SFdirewolf’s inspiring memoir, and believing my best years are yet to come—thanks to Michelle Yeoh. forbes.com/sites/goldiechan/…

Appreciate the look from @THR for landing on the “Forces for Change” list! Hoping that all the lists and the panels and discussions start translating into actual systemic change. At this moment, the industry clearly seems to be sliding back... hollywoodreporter.com/news/g…
