The delay in crediting incoming Stellar Lumens (XLM) transfers has been resolved as of Thursday, 22 October, 2026, at 3:08 am (CEST). Normal service has resumed, and all previously delayed XLM transfers have been credited. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.

The system maintenance related to the upgrade to the Polkadot Asset Hub network has been completed. Accordingly, receiving and sending of Polkadot (DOT), which had been temporarily suspended, resumed at approx. 05:00 am (CEST) on Monday, September 28, 2026.
