I’m sure @Bushra1Shaikh is busy or may not be able to give context. Just four years ago, Mahsa Jina Amini a young Kurdish woman was detained by Iran’s morality police for not wearing her hijab properly and killed in custody. Her death sparked nationwide protests across Iran. The authorities responded with force, hundreds were killed as people pushed back against restrictive laws imposed on women. So the regime backed down on Hijab. وزير الخارجية السنغافوري في افادة برلمانية اليوم حول فرص التفاوض مع ايران لتمرير سفن سنغافورة من مضيق هرمز .. قال ١. لن نفاوض الايرانيين ولن نكون جزء من تطبيع ممارسة مخالفة قانون البحار واتفاقيته UNCLOS ٢. سنغافورة تطل على مضيق عرضه (ميلين بحريين) بينما عرض ممر المرور في مضيق هرمز (٢١ ميل بحري) ومع ذلك لم تفكر سنغافورة يوما باغتنام هذه الفرصة لمخالفة القانون الدولي. ٣. لن افاوض وزير الخارجية الايراني واننا في لحظة تثبيت للقانون الدولي الخاص بالبحار ،، امام حالة عبثية ستبنى على سابقتها لواحق كثيرة لن تجعل التجارة الدولية في وضع جيد. (يختم) عندما يكون هناك رجال دولة رقم (١) في كل مؤشرات العالم للحكم الرشيد … يظهر منطق ادارة الدولة … لكن عندما يكون عندنا دهاقنة عصابات تحكم دولة كالنظام الايراني الانسان عندها رصاصة تطلق في الهواء.. علينا ان لا نتوقع الا منطق القرصنة وقطاع الطرق.

There is no real ceasefire inside Iran. This is Mohseni Ejei, the head of the judiciary. He has ordered courts to accelerate execution sentences, especially for protesters. Hundreds of professors are on the death row, waiting to be hanged. Do not stop talking about Iran.
