i’m drafting an article related to this but tldr: on-call is dead. long live on-(api-)call*.

introducing @polylane memory
we built our memory system on git, it's a graph that learns from every incident, every investigation, and every pull request
every night it dreams and self-corrects with context from production
I wrote down everything for you to build yours

it you didn't understood why @boristane referenced hugging face incident yesterday in how @polylane works to fix your issues and debug them here's a simple explanation. but basically give an agent a way to accumulate knowledge and good things happen.
the sustained cross run coordination and e2e execution are what i find novel here. it's also a strong proof that badly contained agents can convert mundane vulnerabilities into a real multi organization incident.
you can say agents discovered writing which is humanity own solution to the short context window. all they needed was READ(shared_state) and WRITE(shared_state) and they built an environment in which intelligence could accumulate.

Always love to see what Boris is cookin! The man is a 3 star professional chef with a valyrian ginsu when it comes to this shit.
I have a slot to demo @polylane today at the @cloudflare for startups booth
but instead I'll give a talk about why sub-agents don't work at scale, much better than a dull demo

Amused that AWS just unilaterally cancelled Cloudflare's Reinvent booth. There are always signs when someone finally realizes they're losing. Guess we'll just attend and throw the most fun side events without paying Amazon! Reply if you want an invite.

how do you know your latest PR is not going to break prod? a lot of PRs pass code review and still create incidents
@polylane got your back, it forecasts how the change might impact prod and tells you when you're about to break prod
