Remember to practice self-care tonight.
Drink as much caffeine and alcohol you can starting at 6 pm when polls first close. Since one is a stimulant and one is a depressant, they’ll combine harmoniously in your system, allowing you to remain alert yet calm as results pour in.

“Honey, we aren’t driving into the city tonight for dinner, there’s bike lanes!”
Replying to @mikeymulberryst @RealNewYorker2
People from NJ and Westchester would routinely drive to NYC for dinner before the bike lanes and the tax. That’s not happening anymore and this is the result Mike.

The men should be playing at 12:30pm instead of 8:00pm. This is such BS and a disrespect to the W.

The WNBA championship celebration could reportedly be moved to a practice court if the title is won on Thursday, per @ramonashelburne
Game 6 of the WNBA Finals is scheduled for 12:30 PM at State Farm Arena, with the Atlanta Hawks set to play the Cavaliers in the same arena at 8 PM.
There are reportedly concerns about having enough time for the champions to celebrate on the court before the arena is prepared for the NBA game.

A left-NIMBY told me renters keep being renovicted; I asked how he deals with population growth and he said he opposes all developments that aren't affordable so I said it sounds like he’s just renovating old rental homes for rich people and then his tenants union started crying.

I'd call this the most surprising route announcement of the year.
@Lufthansa just announced new nonstop flights between Frankfurt and... Columbus, Ohio.
It'll operate 3x weekly on the Boeing 787 Dreamliner.
Lufthansa will receive subsidies for the route, but I can't tell how much $ they're getting.
My take: this route will be great for award space. Nothing like the NYC-CMH-FRA routing.

We built a country that looks like this over the last 70 years to force people to buy a product that’s bankrupting them.
BREAKING: America’s $1.7 trillion auto loan market is headed for a crash, per Reuters.
Auto loans are now one of the biggest sources of household debt, bigger than credit cards.
And the strain is showing: 1 in 5 Americans is behind on at least one loan, the highest since 2010, and the average car on the road is now nearly 13 years old, a record.
