This is not clear. Is NIL not happening in these sports? And why not mention what the Football, MBB and WBB revenue and expenses are? Do we know they all turn a profit?
Name, image and likeness money is a must to recruit and program build. And without it, operating a program in modern college sports is difficult. Here’s a look at how Maryland programs are compensating for the lack of NIL in non-revenue sports. Read our article at the link in our bio.

Must be nice to vote on your own salary increase.
Baltimore County councilmembers voted to raise council salaries by nearly 74%, triggering debate and questions about government priorities. DETAILS: bit.ly/4seVvDy

You have no idea what you are talking about.
College athletes put their bodies on the line every day—and generate billions of dollars for their universities, conferences, and the NCAA. The Protect College Sports Act pulls the rug out from under them. I will keep fighting alongside college athletes until they get the rights and protections they deserve.

Agree. And not a secret to who he’s talking about. He can like his player and I can like mine. Just seen them both play and can actually make an educated opinion on it
Saying the #1 player, least by formal ranking, is not the #1 and it’s “not close”, is certainly disrespectful to said player.

My thoughts and prayers go out to the members of York Women’s lacrosse team who were attacked in their houses. I’m very surprised this hasn’t been covered more in the media and especially the lacrosse media. Hope they bring the culprits to justice and the victims recover.

For those who aren’t aware, here is what happened
🚨York College students say a mob dragged a young woman off her own porch by her hair and beat her unconscious — while a crowd filmed it. It happened on West Jackson Street, off campus, early Saturday. Students say they were on the porch when a stranger picked a fight and a pack rushed them. One girl was ripped off the steps by her hair, dragged to a stop sign, and jumped by about a dozen people. She says she blacked out twice — a kick to the ribs, then a blow to the back of the head. Friends were dragged down the stairs too. One was already in a knee brace. They say they called 911 five times. The first calls went out before the beating, when a crowd gathered and cars were racing. Police say they were tied up on another call. Officers arrived after it was over. Students say this is not the first time, and that campus safety and the city have left them exposed.

Stacking this amount with $100 bills would be twice the height of Mt Everest. This is unreal!

A judge says college eligibility rules aren’t legal. Rinse, repeat. Without an antitrust exemption it’s impossible to put any eligibility rules in place for college athletics.
A Dallas judge granted a TRO earlier today for several college athletes granting them an additional year of eligibility. The TRO names the NCAA, SEC and commissioner Greg Sankey as defendants.

The @wlacrosseleague version of lacrosse is far superior to any other version. Not perfect but it flows way better than HS, College, sixes or International version.

Coach Tim Soudan says postgame Logan McNaney is working through some medical issues and tried to give it his best go today. But didn't blame him for a lot of those goals that came right on top of him with Maryland's cuts.
I can’t comprehend this run by McNaney. @PremierLacrosse
