It’ll be cool when you start a new job and you pick out a computer but instead you get to spec out your personal data center.
The first time you buy usage credits is always the last.
The conversion rate from hit limits -> tries usage credits -> becoming a multiple max sub person must be 100%.
I don’t love ant ditching the beige color system around the claude apps.
Felt like part of the vibe.
Many “first principles thinkers” have been pattern matching the whole time.
You would have had a better read of the future if you took most labs comms at face value.
So a year+ rocky ride and then vulnerabilities go to zero.
Replying to @RothRottweiler
vulnzero. the scaling laws will have driven cyber mythos-class capabilities into small, cheap models and all software dev everywhere will be using models for fractions of pennies on the dollar to stop shipping security bugs permanently.
“As such, we strongly recommend that you immediately roll all environment variables, including any API keys, stored in Railway”
An urgent notice from the Railway team

Awesome that everyone is having outages right now.
Hope no one is trying to push any code this morning.
Hard to escape the feeling that all the security issues today are just a harbinger of things to come.
One of the big traps in marketing right now is creating the most sophisticated ai systems, infra and processes you’ve ever seen.
In order to produce the worst, most commodity output.
Real issue is that Wemby has no post game. If his shots aren’t falling he can completely disappear offensively.
Compare that to the truly great offensive players who are almost impossible to take out of a game.
The window to beat the Spurs is open until he figures this out.
Do ppl try to keep screen level design files in sync with their prod app or mostly just design system and then do projects for specific new features and you just derive those starting points from main?
I fear too many products right now are wrappers bridging claude & many 3rd party apis.
And the assumption is “no way these users 5 miles deep in ai psychosis will do all these integrations themselves.”
That’s not a good assumption. Claude maniacs have to do ~~something~~.
Trying to build something new but the gravitational force of building a slightly different harness is too strong, pulling us into a black hole “the winter batch is coming” you hear in your nightmares until reality collapses in on itself as you think… harness orchestrator?
I wonder how stable saas arr numbers will be in the ai era.
It is just so easy to migrate these days if you know your way around coding agents.
