masquerading as FedEx employees. I was told that I had sent something illegal to Bangkok. I know this is a scam but these people had my address details for last FedEx delivery.
It seems @FedExIndia your customer data has been compromised. I will be filing a report with @Cyberdost against these scammers.
The fine for blocking a bicycle lane in Chandigarh can be ₹1,000 for the first offense. The Chandigarh Traffic Police are increasingly enforcing regulations against parking or driving on bicycle lanes.

We as individuals and a society need to understand that not everything obvious needs to be a government diktat. Some movements have to be grounds up. Stopping young people from driving illegally, no motorcycle without helmet are best enforced by family and society pressure.

No, if you're dumb enough to ignore your own safety the consequences are on you. It shouldn't fall into the government's gambit.
What needs enforcement are actions that endanger others. Rash driving, drunk driving...driver education etc.
